Description of Work: I've been experiencing significanf flooding in my basement in recent months. I got 4 estimates and all state seemed the best value (not necessarily the cheapest). The dug a trench around the inside perimeter of my basemen. Installed a drain and sump pump. The work was done quickly and neatly. There was flooding today but my basement is dry!

Description of Work: Fantastic job. They had to cut a few feet of concrete all the way around my house, seal the foundation, and then pour new concrete in. The quality is excellent and they finished everything by the time I closed on the house, as requested.
