Description of Work: Five days after moving into our new home we discovered a leak in our basement water heater which was at the end of its lifespan. Allgood had a tech out to our home the same day we called them on a Saturday. Harrison from Allgood did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and offering a few choices. He was very professional and stayed until 10:00pm installing a new water heater and took the time to explain the other plumbing systems in the home. I would highly recommend this company for their responsiveness and professionalism.

Description of Work: Called to schedule clearing of stopped kitchen sink drain. Prompt response within a few hours. Was able to apply special price on drain "clog". Thje clog proved stubborn but the technician repeated his efforts until he was successful! Very curteous, professional and reasonable service. I would recommend Allgood and plan to use them again!

Description of Work: Allgood showed up an hour and one-half late after they called me to let me know that they were on the way and wanted to charge me $780.00 for a minor repair. The tech who arrived at the house looked like an 19 year-old fully-tatooed p***-rocker. I'm an experienced landlord and I know what plumbing repairs cost. I paid the trip charge and sent the tech away, hired another company and got he job done by two professionals for half the price.
