Description of Work: They cancelled after I had taken off work to meet them. Appointment confirmed in the morning, cancelled right before they were scheduled to be there. And I didn't get my deposit back. Bad business!

Description of Work: There was also a furnace inspection from Jamie Durham with Triad Mechanical Heating and Air. He was great too; found a leak in gas line. And Doug Pilgrim replaced line to hot water heater.

Description of Work: Mark initial came for tub leak which needed a diverted stem change. That lead to a pressure valve replacement. It was soooo worth it. Mark was courteous, pleasant and informative. He explained everything. By the time he was finished I couldn't remember when my tub/shower worked so smoothly and quietly. A real keeper. Allgood will definitely get my business in the future.

Description of Work: Overpriced for the work that was completed. If not for the extremely high price to change out a faucet (which I actually believe could have been repaired) I would potentially used them again. I spoke to the manager and appreciated his time - he was extremely nice and professional. He explained to me the pricing, however, I will go elsewhere next time with a company more competitive - $415 was excessive for a 10 minute faucet change.

Description of Work: I refused to pay $360 to replace a $10 ball c*** valve in my toilet. I can replace to entire toilet for less than that. Contacted a local LICENSED plumber the next day who performed the repair for $90. Allgood is a ripoff!

Description of Work: I needed a kitchen faucet repaired and I had him also work on a downstairs shower. He had to order the shower part so the repair took an extra day to be completed. Given that, the technician was very good and I was very satisfied with the work. The price was a little high but the coupon helped with that.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 standard light switches and GFCI switch. Checked all electrical outlets. Reinstalled smoke detector cover. Paul, the electrician that performed the work did an excellent job. He was thorough and professional and because of that, I purchased the maintenance plan that will cover my electrical, plumbing and HVAC system.
