Description of Work: They installed a new faucet for me, which we thought was the cause of a leak under my kitchen cabinet. They replaced the faucet and we thought that we were good to go. In March, a gap developed between the counter-top and the bowl around the sink. I called Allgood because I was within my 6 month warranty regarding their work. I called them on 4/12, and they sent David out on 4/13. He looked at it, and said that it was the accumulation of water which had made the counter be warped and thus the gap to exist. My thought is that the faucet was installed incorrectly, which is why it was leaking, as well as now as my pipes are leaking below the bowl from the weight of the sink as it is starting to sink. When I called this morning and spoke with a customer service representative, I was informed that they were in a meeting and that my request for a supervisor to call would be honored as soon as the meeting was over. Now it is 3.5 hours later and I have still yet to be contacted.

Description of Work: I purchased an offer through Angie's List for $50 for $100 worth of credit towards plumbing services. They were pretty difficult to get scheduled. They kept changing the dates. I ended up paying $100 more, and all they did was unclog my sink in the bathroom. They were nice and professional and everything, just expensive.
