Description of Work: on aug 22 they came to do annual inspection to my air conditioner for i found them on line with all A rating with your company and hdtv and more, there was a coupon for 89 dollars special for the air inspection, when he was here he found a gas leak in the attic where my unit was and need to be fix, ok fix the leak,never told me what he had to do ! he said 2 pipes 350.00 dollars, so i thought replace to pipes , never explain in detail!!!!! I was taken care of my grandbaby which is 2 so I could no pay attention to what he was doing to fix leak, after that he replace my thermatate for it was sticken with a new one he said this is a great one! ok when he put it on i ask him how to use it he said he is not allow to show me ! , to read the instruction very simple ,when he gave me my bill it was 669.00 WHAT?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fix pipes from gas leak and a new therermstate ,he said it all in computer and has to charge what his computer says!!!!!!!!!!! . put on my charge card, so when my husband came home I told him I cant shout off the air it keeps running and had to call honeywell they told me how to use it and that is is a 39.00 thermostate still having problems with it, and that he put plumbers putty around my old pipe to stop gas leak , still calling on what a bad job! to the manager william, why they charge 339.00 for putty around a pipe and a 39.oo thermostae 669.00 he said that is the rate I said he owe me money for the gas company came back to check and told me it was a messy job and the I got taken !!!!!!! I called around many places the most they would charge me was about 300 dollars for all, this company is a ripe off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! did they buy this rating,

Description of Work: Installed water pressure regulator valve. Installed expansion tank on water heater. Adjusted scald protector and tightened shower knob.

Description of Work: Priced a tankless water heater to be installed in basement, including labor, installed the unit on the outside wall so all gases are negligible to us, hooked up the gas line, ran an electrical wire to c/b panel, ran copper tubing to regular gas hook-ups. Installed a thermostat under the stairs for convenient monitoring.

Description of Work: I had a leak in the hose coming from my icemaker. It occurred on a Saturday and Allgood came out within 4 hours of my call. He gave me an estimate of $ 215 to install a new copper icemaker line. In addition he said the coupling was worn out and he had to replace the shutoff valve where the water supply comes into the icemaker line. The total bill was $ 345.00

Description of Work: Water Source to home, Exterior Pipe leak. Located pipe from inside, dug up pipe (outside), located crack, cut out and removed damaged section. Replaced pipe, waited a few minutes, turned on water, pipe joint leaked. Told me it could not be repaired and told me I had to replace the whole thing. After arm twisting, I convinced him to try again and repair. Cut out more pipe, replaced more pipe (this time he cleaned connections before gluing) and when water turned on, it held. He left with very minimal clean-up. That evening, detected a minor leak. Returned the next day, replaced leaking section, left again without cleaning up after himself.
