he installment We called Angie's list because we were in need of an Electrician to install two GFCI switches in the basement because we are installing a bath tub, shower , and vanity ; Lex Rowell arrived on time and introduced himself and gave me his Company Card which stated that he represented ALLGOOD PLUMBING ELECTRIC Service Electrician . We shook hands and went down to the work area where he checked for the best place to install the GFCI switches for the job. after completing of the installment he called me for the inspection of his work which was very neat and looked profession . I wrote him a check for $ 302.00 thanked him and wish him a happy week end . We are happy customers ! Thank you Schasta ! You are the best peace and love !!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in scheduling, and the technician they sent, Jonathan, was great - a nice guy and a good plumber!

The technician was friendly and professional, and worked quickly. I got a call an hour before he showed up saying that he was on his way. My only complaint perhaps is that $414 seems like a lot for an hour of work, and it would have been $464 if I hadn't used a discount coupon.

The plumber arrived on time and did a good job. I did have to do some cleaning up though after he left.

Plumber who came out -- I forgot his name -- was great.: friendly, neat, conscientious, and knowledgable About half of the little problems on my list were quick fixes that took him almost no time, and he generously didn't charge for these. He did a pressure test on my system and found that the pressure was too high -- probably because of a worn out pressure relief valve. He also noticed that this valve was leaking slightly. I agreed to have him replace the valve and both washer shutoff valves. Everything is working great since his visit.

He came. He fixed it. He left with everything in good order.

Brian arrived on time, and immediately went to work. He diagnosed the problem with the whole house fan, and said I needed a new belt. The exhaust fan was broken and needed parts. He fixed both items, and was very efficient in the job.

Person came and checked the faucet leak and suggested to replace it. He gave a quote of $350 to replace a faucet which was eventually done by another from Angies list for $120.

Not well, a total waste of money !

Plumbing problems are never cheap or fun. Russell did a great job of taking care of a bad situation in a quick and efficient manner. A pipe burst in our basement, causing some damage and requiring that our water be shut off. Russell and his crew was able to put in a new main line and get our water back in in half a day. He was professional, patient with our questions and knowledgeable. This was not the first time he was at our house, we will absolutely call again.

The sump pump for my kitchen was leaking. Allgood answered promptly with a live person, scheduled a window for same day, customer service called to give 30- 60 min notice he was on his way. Doug arrived as scheduled, gave me an overview of process and started looking at the sump pump. He did a "diagnostic" and believed he could fix by removing and cleaning out filter (which he did). He also wet vac'd area of leak and dried alarm thoroughly. We ran water to test and everything works fine. I should note that the pump was installed in a hard to access closet behind kitchen (there is a tight crawl thru space). Pricing was very fair for the time, clean up and professionalism. Part of cost was the purchase of a bacteria based liquid (not ridex) to avoid problem in future.

They were the best plumbing outfit that I have ever used. They were fast and efficient. Very good experience, and I will call no one else now.

Ken M. came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do. He had to go under the house to shut off the valve to the water line and then disconnect the line from the fridge. I didn't take anytime at all. After I got my new fridge and called again to have him hook up my new gas range because he was so efficient. I will have him back again if I need Allgood's services.

All went well. He arrived on time, diagnosed problems quickly and had replacement parts available. No drama and the Angie's list coupon made it very affordable. I will use them again.

Price was extraordinarily high. The Big Deal coupon was unable to cover this basic leaky faucet repair. Representative tried to cross-sell clearing 2 "slow draining" sinks for $180.00. Liquid Drano did the job for $5.00.

Great! They were very responsive from our initial contact for a quote till the completion of the job. Initially we were planning on either snaking or jet cleaning the kitchen drain line, but Alan advised us that our line was showing weakness and may not hold up to another cleaning. He was absolutely right! We opted to have the line replaced and during the replacement the original line collapsed. Also, the line was extremely clogged with corrosion as he had predicted. Additionally, we told Alan we were planning to remodel the kitchen this winter and we may move the sink and dishwasher. He put in a junction(?) so we could easily connect to it should we move the sink. What a time and cost saving that will be! Alan and his assistant were both very professional and hard workers. They completed the job in a timely manner and did a good job of cleaning up. I will definitely use Allgood in the future.

I am very happy with Allgood. I've used their plumbers and electricians. They are patient and will explain what is necessary. Very professional.

I would highly recommend this company. He gave me an estimate over the phone and stuck to it. It was a straight forward job. So, he was professional, had a good attitude, did the work, stayed on budget and left the house clean. Perfect 10's in my book.

I had a great experience with Allgood - we'd had some trouble with another company and Alan was able to rectify the situation and also make up for some deficiencies in our system lefter over from older plumbing work that wasn't up to snuff.

Gareth was very friendly, professional and helpful. We are very satisfied.

I contacted AllGood Plumbing and Gareth was able to come out the following day. I discussed with him the issues we were having and he as able to describe the services needed to correct the issue. He gave me the prices prior to starting. He was very professional and personable and seemed quite knowledgeable. He was able to install the hot water recirculation pump within an hour or so as well as repair 2 faucets. I was very happy with the service and will use the provider again.

They installed a new water heater and fixed a gas stove. They were excellent.

I really was not impressed with them. He came out late. I remember him complaining about his stature. I'm very disappointed because for the service all he did was repair a toilet and didn't even find the trouble with cutting a hole in our ceiling that we had to get repaired. They never really can imagine what can be done.

They were very professional and made sure the gas line was done up to code. We had called two other plumbers before them and they were not very knowledgeable. It could not have gone any better.
