Mark came by and did a check on my water heater. He also looked at a jacked up garbage disposal, confirming it was dead. He gave me some quotes for a new water heater and a new disposal, and other things I need to have done from a plumbing perspective. Overall I was satisfied with the work and will be calling them again for the next round of things I need to have done.

Work went very well. Avoided cutting concrete driveway and tunneled in from the side. Located nearly 5' long root ball. Removed root ball replaced drain lines. Filled in large hole, flattened area and spread straw over all the area affected. Left the work area neat and tidy. Would definitely use Allgood Plumbing again.

Allgood was called to finish an installation for electric work to complete installment of a Eco-Smart tankless hot water heater. They came out and installed a 50 amp in electric panel and hooked up tankless heater for a charge of over $500.00 A few weeks later we called them back because of electric smoke smell coming from junction box under the sink. Same guy Joe Returned and replaced plastic end cap that was burned and melted through. Did not fix the problem, but told me it was probably a faulty unit. Called tech support @ Eco- Smart, and they said problem was totally fault of electrician. 6 gauge wire should have been used with a 60 amp . Called Allgood again and asked for a better technician. He replaced aluminum wire to copper so that 6 gauge would work, and correctly Replaced 50 amp to a 60 amp. My bill this time was $978.00 after the initial $500+ Lesson learned. Call someone who can install hot water tank both in plumbing and electrical, and get price quote upfront. 2 nd Allgood guy knew his stuff but didn't admit it was done wrong to begin with. Prices are higher than I researched but felt I needed to stay with the company who originally screwed it up. Others beware!!

All Good was professional from our very first call and Alan and his assistant were extremely professional and explained everything indeep to us in regard to the work they were going to do and after the service was performed we immediately recieved a call from AllGood inquiring how the service went and were we satisfied!

The service person was very polite as well as professional. He looked over the problems and said that the repair was within the $200 value of the Angie's List offer. He did his work quietly and cleaned up after himself. He asked me to check the work to see if I was satisfied. I was very pleased with his work as well as his demeanor. I believe his name was Keith V. I would definitely use him again.

They did good. It didn't take too long for them to come out for services. I thought they were expensive. I had an additional two hundred dollars or something. I thought it was over priced.

Everything went fine, though I about had a heart attack when he told me what it would cost. When the appointment was made, neither the representative from Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling did not indicate that it would be weekend rates nor did I think to ask. For the services performed it was quite expensive.

I purchased a coupon on line friday 11/13 hoping to get a service provider out within 48 hours as the coupon said. The answering service for the plumber said it would be monday before anyone could help me. I asked for an estimate of the cost and she said the plumber would have to give that to me and I told her I had a coupon. When the plumber arrived he quoted me a price that was over 170 dollars more than two plumbers I had called who were not available until later in the day and I needed the work done by monday morning which is why I called Allgood and because I was enticed by the coupon which said 48 hour service. The first time I heard the rate was when he was standing in my kitchen and I did not want to lose the coupon plus I needed the work done and by this time, the other two plumbers I had called could not even come that day as they now had other jobs. I was going out of town the next day, and felt like I had no choice but to go with allgood. I did some on line research while the plumber was at my house and the rates were proven to be outrageous. I honestly felt like I was taken advantage of by the pricing and perhaps the coupon as well. The plumber was very nice, friendly, professional and I dont want him to get in trouble for this since he said it was flat rate pricing provided by Allgood! (my plumber who could not come said they are on commission which may explain it. I honestly dont know) I think he did a good job I just don't understand how they can get away with this price gouging and still be on angie's list. is 599 really a fair price for two faucets to be installed ? he gave me a slight discount when I threatened to go with someone else but it was still way above the HIGH price range of 425 I got from two other plumbers and the internet.

The office called me ahead of time so that I could leave work and meet them at my house. Right on time. Got the job done quickly and professionally.

I called them for the work that I needed done and they said, first of all, $50 would be included as trip charge and then, they quoted me a price for the work I needed approximately. It was just too high compared to other quotes I received from someone else. So, I decided to pursue other options.

Everything went quite well. The plumber was prompt, friendly, careful and efficient. Customer service was outstanding. The price seemed a little high but the excellent service made it worthwhile. I must add that, to an 80-year-old, all prices seem high these days.

I enjoyed working with Allgood. They were very, very nice when I called to make the appointment. They called to reconfirm, and unfortunately, they were not able to make the original appointment date, but they called before to apologize. I was very happy they called as I have had experiences with other vendors where I wait all day and they just don't show up. Allgood was not that way. They were very apologetic and rescheduled at a time that work for me. The plumber called when on his way, and showed up on time for the second appointment. He did the repair and it was less expensive then other estimates. I recommend Allgood for any repairs.

Brian is awesome. Very personable, nice, and informative. It was a very pleasant service call.

I thought the technician was personable and professional. However, after he left, the doorbell didn't sound right. I found that he installed it UPSIDE DOWN! I paid $119 for $200 of electrical services. I still had to pay him after the appointment $186.00 So I paid a total of $305 for a door bell that didn't work correctly. This seems like an unreasonable charge! Thank you for responding to my complaint.

When I turn the pot filler on, the handle slowly moves back to the OFF position!

WENT OKAY. STARTED TO BACK OUT WHEN WAS TOLD OF PRICE TO FINISH INSTALL. DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS STANDARD PRICE. IS NOT SO AS THEY ARE OUT OF LINE BY $100 OR MORE COMPARED TO OTHER AREA INSTALLERS PRICES!!

John told me I needed to dig up sewer line at house and install clean out and cable main line but could not guarantee this will solve the problem. He gave me and estimate and left. I was in a real dilemma. This was an emergency. My daughter knew a plummer who charge less than the estimate and allowed me to do a installment plan. I am so thankful for that person who help me in the time of need.

This was a very small job. The company came on time and was professional. However, I was quoted a price $350 in install a $10 dollar valve that takes less than 15 minutes to install. I renegotiated with the technician to a lesser amount. I don't think its fair to buy a certificate for a few hours of work only to be quoted a higher price when on the job site.

They came out within a week after I bought it. They unplugged it. I thought the cost to unplug a drain, that takes less than 10 minutes was astounding. It was breathtakingly astounding. So, I think that the big deal thing was a sham designed just to get them in the house. They markup the price I think to cover their full profit without regard to the big deal. That's probably my fault. I probably should have asked them what their normally pricing is to do that.

Very easy to schedule. They said they would call me approximately 30-40 minutes before arriving and they did. Lex did a wonderful job and was very professional. He gave us a price before beginning the work. He cut into the drywall ceiling to install the can light. No mess at all. He left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived! We will definitely use this company again!

Lex and Dean did an EXELLENT job in installing/replacing our intercom & buzzer system. They arrived on time (which is a BIG plus with me) and completed the job in a quick, timely manner. Both were polite and courteous and accommodated any request I had, and clean-up was excellent as well. Will DEFINITELY use y'all in the future for my plumbing (have used serveral times already) and electric needs. JOB WELL DONE! Thanks!
