If it wasn't for Murphy's Law, it could not have been better. I won't detail "Murphy", but it was rather funny. Jonathan showed up in a timely manner as scheduled. A phone call was made to announce he was on the way. He did a site review of the problems, noted our hot water heater was well over 20 years old and not to current efficiency standards (as many plumbers have told us over the past few years), and sat down and reviewed any options and costs to do the repairs and the optional cost to replace the water heater. Once the scope of the work was approved, he immediately got to work. He flushed debris and replaced cartridges and/or valves in the faucets, repaired a leak in the kitchen faucet two previous plumbers were unable to fix, and installed the new hot water heater, including removal and haul off of the old heater. At the end, per my request, he reviewed a maintenance package they offered. The package was very reasonable in cost vs. the scope of the work. Jonathan was very professional as well a personable, put on floor protection every time he entered the house, worked efficiently, and was very knowledgeable about correcting the problems. This is the 2nd time I have used Allgood and they have been top notch both times. I will continue to use them with NO reservations.

Ashley did a great job getting me set up with a Saturday appointment. Amy called promptly at 8a to let me know that my tech, Esteban, would be at our house within the hour. Esteban showed up on time and was able to quickly fix the issue. He even gave me a few plumbing pointers. We ended up signing up for the $18/mo. member program which gives us 2 free HVAC inspections including filter during the year and an additional 10% off. Combined with the $50 for $100 service offer through Angie's list. Couldn't be happier with the entire team. Definitely recommend this company.

This rating is actually a combination of two days. The first day, the date of the service, the provider was very punctual and professional. He came, completed the work needed, and told us what we needed to do for things that they did not do (i.e., rebuild bathrooms, service septic systems). We did need a new water heater and scheduled for the provider to come back. He was scheduled to come within a four hour span. He did not, and the service called my husband, who had waited all day (even from an hour prior to the time "just in case") AFTER the four hour span was up to say that the service provider would be late. Several hours and a few calls later stating that the plumber was "stuck in traffic," my husband became more and more incensed. My husband then cancelled the installation. Had the provider simply been up front and said that he ran into some snags and needed to reschedule, or said that it needed to be after "x" time, we would've gone ahead. I have to say that when he was here, the service provider was very personable, professional, and likeable. I just think that they need to work on their communication skills as people don't enjoy waiting and waiting to no avail.

Called them up and they accepted the job. I get a call from the installer a few minutes later stating I'm too far and the price will o up significantly due to height of ceiling,

Lex R, Service Electrician, arrived within the time period agreed. He listened carefully to my situation. For each item in my situation he presented a plan of action for resolution. Then we discussed the approach. He then executed his plan. I used an Angie's List Big Deal certificate to pay for the services. Exceptional value from a top-notch firm with excellent customer service, Vanessa, Amy and Shelly, and a talented, well-trained professional electrician, Lex R. I will use Allgood in the future. Allgood and Lex R have my unqualified recommendation. Do use the Angie's List Big Deal. Do not use non-Angie's List vendors.

Everything went extremely well - but the price seemed extremely high to me - a 10 minute job cost nearly $300. Guy was nice - work was good - but at that price it should be.

The faucet was a tedious job, but he stuck with it and removed it and replace it. Works great. The toilet ended up having to be replaced because of a crack that he noticed. Also works great. AllGood was very professional and on time. Very satisfied.

Jonathan was very prompt, courteous and professional. He installed the garbage disposal which was what the original intent of the visit. As a routine check, he checked my water pressure and found it to be much higher psi than it should be. He recommended installing a replacement to the plumbing that manages the water pressure to correct the issue. I agreed to the work and he proceeded to get that completed as well. I was very happy with the service and would hire Allgood again to do work in the future.

.Installation went great. Service is great; however, too pricey. Charged me over $500 to install an electric socket. I found out later that another electrician would have charged me only $150.

Jack was knowledgeable and patient while he methodically worked his way through the wiring to the no longer functioning switches. He discovered and corrected the problems. Jack also took the time to explain what he was doing and how the wires were connected. Overall, Allgood saved the holidays for me. They were able to send a tech within one day and on Christmas Eve when another company supposedly got behind schedule and cancelled my appointment. This was my second experience with using Allgood (other time was for plumbing). The techs are reliable, punctual and friendly. Second time using Allgood's electricians, fourth A.L review. Long story, we had an electrical issue with breakers sporadically popping and an occasional "hot smell" from our breaker box we could not figure out nor could any of my tradesmen friends. Allgood came out and spent the better part of a day to basically shoot almost every wire in the house, in law suite, and basement before they could definitely say exactly what the problem was. It was only after they did all of the trouble shooting that they would even talk about corrective action options and pricing. I specifically requested a Master Electrician because I was so concerned and that is exactly what I got - plus an apprentice. Not only was he a ME, he was a mentor too. Nice! I spent some serious money on an issue that the builder created but the problem is finally fixed and I have the peace of mind that my family is safe in a home that isn't going to spontaneously burn down. VETERAN OWED Company that sincerely appreciates working for Disabled vets. My next project for them will be a whole home generator. Thanks Allgood - Semper Fi!

We bought a house that has had some very shoddy plumbing work. John H. was our plumber. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and cheerfully took care of all the problems. He installed 3 new toilets, which meant driving to the vendor, acquiring the toilets and returning. We had painters in the house who had returned to paint behind the toilets, and John worked around them very efficiently. John tested the water pressure coming into the house and found that the valve was not working. Repairing this saved us the potential of broken pipes and water damage. He was able to evaluate what was needed and do all the work in one day.

I called AllGood on a Sunday morning to let them know I needed help. Within minutes I heard back from Garth (the plumber on call that day). He was at another customer site and let me know he'd be there as soon as he was done. Within two hours Gareth arrived at my house and quickly diagnosed the problem. He found that the original installers (8 years ago) used a shark bite coupling and that it had rotted out. It turns out that the shark bite couplings should never be used for underground repairs. Gareth installed a new coupling designed for underground use. He then took the extra time to ensure that we flushed the line into the house (the line was filled with dirt after the break). Finally he filled back in the hole he dug (and carefully placed the monkey grass back). Overall the experience was excellent and Gareth was professional, curious and knowledgeable.

Everything went well. I paid more than the coupon, I think it was about $100 more.

Our electrician was Jack V. He was reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, intelligent, and thorough. I explained what I needed and he figured out a plan to take care of all the work in 3 days. It was well worth the price, particularly as he determined that two of the existing fixtures were dangerously unsound.

Russell was our technician, and the work was performed to our complete satisfaction. He arrived within the designated time window, explained exactly what needed to be done, including a required code upgrade. He was finished within two hours, cleaned the work area (removing the old water heater), and answered all our questions thoroughly. Upon researching water heater replacement costs in our area, we do believe the cost of the job was in the upper range. But we were satisfied to pay a bit more in exchange for the peace of mind of knowing that the job was done correctly by a reliable service provider. We have some additional, non-emergency plumbing repairs that need to be done in the future, and we will not hesitate to contact Allgood and specifically request Russell's services once again.

less than 1/2 hour work. Company contacted by phone - service scheduled/ performed in less than 24 hour from initial contact. Price included the Badger disposal.

This was a $50 big deal purchase. They charged me another $450 on top of the $50. I think it was more money than for the amount of work that was done. I called the company to speak with someone and they just referred me back to the technician that had been at the house. I called and left a message. He called me, left a message and I think I called back, but we were never able to talk about it, you know. I just wanted to find out if it was the usual and customary fee for that kind of service. He was here less than two hours and I think that was a little steep to pay $500 for.

My facet separated from my sink and I had a leak. He suggested a new facet. The prices ALLGood charges are plumber prices. I did purchase a coupon. He gave me a quote of $410 if he installed a facet that they provided. I chose to purchase my own facet. He installed that for $160. My plumber was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I could not have have asked for anything more for the service I received. It was excellent.

Jeff wrote up an estimate that detailed jack hammering out the existing drain and replacing it for a defect he found while scoping the drain. The Estimate: Remove concrete around toilet flange in powder bath room Dig approximately 2 1/2 feet deep. Cut out the affected section of pipe and fittings. Reinstall pipe and fittings properly backfill dirt. And then bring concrete back to a contractor finish we will remove excess concrete from job site. We are not responsible for any flooring or cosmetic work of any kind we do not replace sheet rock we will reset the toilet once the flooring has been finished . Access work will be 2337.00, to repair plumbing 630.00. We had a second plumber come in and review what was was done and what we were told the problem was. Our second plumber also scoped the same drain and could not find a defect worthy of this level of repair. Based on this experience I cannot recommend AllGood Plumbing, Electric, Heating, Cooling.

I had to hire another plumber to finish the job because the condition of the pre-existing unit.

Arrived promptly. He determined that hoses weren't sufficient and valves had to be replaced also. No problems.

The experience was excellent. We discovered our issue on Tuesday, called Wednesday, and Allgood was there Thursday morning. John diagnosed and confirmed a bad PRV and TP, gave options, and did not pressure for un-needed services. Work was performed quickly, professionally, and looks better than before. We would definitely use Allgood again.
