Jason is the best, very polite, professional and cares about providing exceptional service. He made sure to cover his shoes prior to entering the house every time when he realized we don't wear shoes in our house. That is a huge plus in my book. Although the price was on the high side I would definitely use this company again and definitely will request Jason again. I feel like he is part of the family the way he cares about us and making sure we are taking great care of . He had to come back out to repair the faucet because it was still leaking a little bit. I was so impressed on how attentive he is and in addition to that he was teaching me a lot of stuff that I don't know I needed to do myself around the house to prevent future problems. Mark was very nice, professional and explained everything he was doing. He tried to rectify the issue without cutting into drywall, to no avail. After we cut into the drywall he thoroughly cleaned the drain and made sure the snake went all the way to the sewer. I would hire again!

Mark was the BEST, exceeded my expectations. He worked on all my issues, made sure he cleaned up his work area and made this process so EASY. I was worried, but he talked me through everything he did to fix my bathtub and faucet. He made sure I was aware of what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He has set the bar VERY high. I will use Allgood again, they have gained a new customer thanks to Mark. He was a breathe of fresh air and I look forward to working with him again.

It worked out well. They did a great job for us. It turned out to be more expensive than I have anticipated. They quoted $250 to get the pipe changes but then they changed the price when they changed the disposal. We've used them before. They did a really good job and they charged us a really good price.

Allgood plumbing came out to evaluate a leak in our bathroom sink faucet. It was easy to schedule and the plumber arrived on time. Jared came by and I really enjoyed that interaction. He seemed earnest in providing a thorough evaluation of the problem. He checked out the water pressure in the house and gave advice regarding the state of my water heater. I trusted his professional judgement as to the cause of the leak. He recommended I change the faucet which would be more cost effective than repairing the faucet. All in all, I had a good experience with Jared and the charge of $39.00 for the evaluation so for that I must rate this experience as a A for the job I asked for. HOWEVER, the quote for the replacement of 2 bathroom faucets was $600.00. I am naive to these things but that didnt seem right which is why I didn't greenlight the work. I contacted 2 other "A-rated" Angie List plumbers and the cost was in the 160-200 range for the work which is more in line with what I read online. I used a different Angie List company (which I reviewed separately) that charged $140.00. The work amounted to approximately 90mins of work. $600 for 90mins of work seems outrageous and I was very disappointed by that. I had hoped to use this company to change out my water heaters but I now question the quote they provided for that work as well.

Ken and his team were great. They were responsive and unclogged my line the night before. The next day they had the crew at my house bright and early to replace the sewer line from my house to the main sewer line. They even had the city "dig" inspector there. Everything went great.

The whole process went smoothly. Good office communication. The technician was quite personable and worked quickly. He explained everything he needed to do. I do think the company should include in the description, the fact that every new water heater requires a new overflow tank at an additional cost from what customer has already paid to Angie's List. I also incurred small charge for hookups to a circulating water line. My extra charge was about $250. This came totally unexpected to me. The overall encounter went very well.

The plumber found the leak and gave an estimate. The repair needed was a full removal and replacement of the shower pan which involves disassembling the glass shower enclosure. The job was much larger than expected with additional contractors needed. The manager called to follow up about getting the work done. Based on the cost of the repair, I am considering a mini remodel of the bathroom.

His inspection of my electrical system was very thorough, and he walked through the house and explained all of the issues with me, and the cost to update/repair H completed the items I had agreed to that day. I am renovating my house and will have some additional electrical and plumbing projects, so I will definitely call Allgood to take care of those projects for me.

Went and purchased the product for me, brought it back and installed. Cleaned up behind themselves, and very timely. One time he was running a little late from another job and was in traffic but he called to let me know, and was here when he said. I was very pleased and have no complaints.

We we're given profiles, pictures and times of the the Allgood employees coming to our house before hand. Alan came to the house on time, did an inspection of the crawlspace and gave us a comparable bid for installing a tank less water system. After researching reviews of Allgood and talking to people who had used them, they were the company for us. Everything was completed in less than a day and professionally done. Alan did run a back-up electrical cord to the system because of concern about our electrical system; so in case there was a problem, we would not be inconvenienced. The next day, Allgood sent out an electrician that checked our electrical panel, let us know that everything was okay. No Charge! Looking out for customers before, during and most importantly, after is a big plus in my book! Next year hopefully, they will be doing a new heating system for us.

FANTASTIC! Matt Stewart was very professional and courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly, and when it was a quick fix for him, he simply showed me how to do it myself and didn't even charge me for the repairs (OR the diagnostic fee)! When it comes to plumbing and electrical, I get wary about DIY projects, so it's nice to have a company that I can trust to assess the situation without thinking only about their bottom line.

Provider not aware of the details of the Angie's list deal I purchased even though I had explained to office when I scheduled the service call.. Technician was not aware of this offer and spent 20 minutes on the phone with office to confirm details. A lot of confusion around details of offer. I ended up asking technician to only complete the light switch repair and to forget about the full house assessment which was part of the offer.

Mark assessed the situation and gave us his recommendation which was to use the main drain designed for the dishwasher. We agreed and he performed the job. Afterwards, he ran the dishwasher a couple of times to make sure that water flowed properly from the dishwasher. It did. He explained what he did, answered our questions, cleanup and left. He was punctual, polite, tidy and friendly.

I'm not happy with them and I will not use them again. What I called for was I had a brand new stand alone, small, under-the counter ice maker that I wanted installed with a drain that went down through the floor so I didn't have to pump it up, also a water cooler thing both coming off of the same faucet in the laundry room that was already there. It already had a fixture from my old ice maker which was trashed. I had them do the ice maker up and make a T-thing on it and make a line going to the water filter. When he came in, he kind of had a little bit of an attitude. He looked at it. It already had a drain on and he told me that that wasn't to code and we couldn't use it. I told him I kind of figured it wasn't because we had a handyman do it. He said he needed to redo that drain. He gave me a price that I thought was exorbitant for what he was doing. The main reason I called was that I had a water leak outside because the water main goes into my house, and it's leaking and flooding the basement. He fixed the outside thing which I had no problem with that. It hasn't leaked again. He gave me 2 prices. He had to dig down a certain depth and one if he didn't, and of course he had to dig down the big one which was the most that he quoted. It was fine. I understand. I have no complaints with that. Then he started on the other stuff and the first thing he said was I didn't tell him it was a reverse osmosis water filter thing. I didn't know it made a difference. They are just running a water line to it so why not work on those. I said he just got the time to it. He started to work on the ice machine and decided that he didn't have the right connections to connect the tubing to the thing on the wall which I think was ridiculous. He was coming out in a plumbing truck and he doesn't have a simple connection. He said he had to go to Home Depot. The price was outrageous. I thought it was awful, but I thought he was here so we would just get it done, and I will just pay him. He went to Home Depot and didn't come back for an hour and a half, and then he got here and started working again, and he got a phone call and left work. He kind of had a snotty attitude. He started working again and said he bought the wrong part. He was supposed to be a top plumber. First of all he did not have a simple part, it took him an hour and a half at Home Depot which is 20 minutes away, and then he gets the wrong part and had to go back to Home Depot again for another hour and a half. He came back and hooked it all up and said he could just run the water line to that water cooler, but that he could not do anything else because he didn't know anything about them. I said fine, he would just do that. It was nothing more than unscrewing the thing, screwing on a T-joint, and connecting the tubing, and that was it. It was $400-some. It was ridiculous! At that point, I was just aggravated, I just wanted to get him out of there. He finally left. I paid him and I didn't even complain. I just wanted him out of there. Lesson learned. I got up the next day and it was not working. The ice machine thing was not working and the floor around it was wet, and everything was wet so I called for him to come back. He came back. It was new tubing right out of the package. The tubing had holes in it and it was dismissing water out of the holes in the tube and that was what was wrong so he had to go and put new tubing on. It was fine so he did all that. Thank God, that's over. I was driving to North Carolina with 4 other women. They were outside waiting to pick me up. I went in and my whole utility room was flooded. There was water on the floor everywhere. I told the ladies I'm going to turn the water off, mop the floor up so they had to wait for me. I couldn't leave. The water was seeping through the floor. I was mad as hell. I called him back when I got back. We were gone for 2-3 days. They asked if I wanted someone different out and I said absolutely. When he left the second time, he said if it doesn't work to just call the office. I said I will and he said he figured I would. He was really snotty. I said I wanted a different plumber. He came out and he said we should have never used those fittings, that they weren't strong enough, they needed to be brass or something rather than these plastic things. He can fix it so I won't ever have another problem with it. That was another couple hundred dollars which I thought was outrageous to begin with. It was another $175 or something like that.They put this different fitting on there. I will never use them again. I thought they were incompetent. The people on the phone were nice but the guy they sent out was not, and the second guy that came out asked what the problem was and I kind of briefly told him, and I said he seemed to have a bad attitude, and he said he was going through divorce so he wasn't a happy camper. I said he didn't need to bring that to work with him, not when he is going to people's houses and they are paying them these exorbitant rates that these people are charging. I won't ever use them again. I can't believe that they sent a plumbing truck out and they don't have parts on it to hook a simple water tube up. That was ridiculous! And then to go and buy it would take an hour and a half, and buy the wrong part and then fix and have it leak water twice. They were punctual.

The technician was courteous and friendly. He went right to work on our leaky faucet as soon as we agreed that he would perform the work. We used an Angie's List Deal coupon and saved $50. We had him install a faucet that we had already purchased. The work went quickly and it was done right. We were very happy with the service and we would definitely use Allgood again.

We had a fan that had to be installed and they had to cut the dry wall and they told me ahead of time that they would not repair the dry wall and that was a big disappointment.

Gareth was great. Pleasant and professional. There was a misunderstanding during the scheduling of the appointment as I needed NEW electrical service for the garbage disposal that Gareth was installing. He handled the situation and was able to arrange to have the electrician come out on the same day (later that day). Gareth worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up all debris upon completion on the installation. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about Gareth.

I was very pleased. The guy was very professional.

Quick diagnosis of the problem, which we thought was a wiring issue, but turned out to just be faulty smoke alarms. I thought the price for smoke alarms was a tad exorbitant (especially since we got the $119 for $200 deal from them), but we were leaving a first-time house sitter for 10 days over Xmas, and didn't want to chance it. The gentlemen Allgood sent out was very nice, and did a good job with replacing the alarms, but was fairly new and had a lot of trouble dealing with the payment system on the tablet. Allgood was VERY kind to suggest the online deal to us, even though for some reason it wasn't currently advertised on Angie's List.

Esteban showed up early, which was a pleasant surprise. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained all work to be performed, gave me a price then went to work. All work was performed promptly and efficiently. I will use Allgood again and hope Esteban is the service technician.
