Daniel was a great technician and was very detailed about my options. I felt very confident in his suggestions. He used booties before entering my home and did not leave a mess when he left. I have used this company before and will use them again.

He gave me a $300 quote, and explained to me that the kitchen sink needed to be completely re- vamped and redesigned. He pulled out a laptop and told me how he wanted to redesign the pipes. I was not able to afford that price,I felt like he was just trying to up-sell me. I went out on my own and purchased a PVC pipe that was two inches longer, and that solved my problem.

I used them once. we are not very happy with them. We did not fool with them any more. I don't know if I can give them any recommendations at all so we are looking for somebody else to do it. They did come. They charged us for something they did not put in. They did take it off but we had to check them on that.

When he checked his computer for the price, he said the cost would be $325. I know prices have escalated but even the plumber seemed amazed at the price. I said no thanks and installed them myself in 30 minutes. Amy plumber could have done the job in 20 minutes.

Promptly came out for estimate of installation of a tankless gas water heater that we wanted. Covered all the bases of services, warranties and timeline. Installer showed up on time, performed professionally, cleaned up and even did a walk through to ensure I was happy with job, which I was. Two hours later I discovered the gas furnace was not working that evening. This was during one of the freezing nights in January. I called them and they offered to send out a technician the next day. You could hear they were swamped with calls from everyone and understood the realistic limitations. Early the next day, they should up and found the problem. Our old furnace regulating module died which was not related to tankless water heater installation. They obtained a new module, installed it that day so we would have heat and only charged for the part and time used during installation. That is great customer service! They will be the ones we use when we replace our furnace next year. Thank you Allgood.

From my first call, everyone was polite and helpful! They were able to schedule an appointment the next day for me and the technician showed up in the middle of the time frame I was given. Excellent and fast service!

Excellent, found my basement room with water due to water heater busting. They faced time me to guide me in shutting the main water line and prioritized my call. Technician explained everything thing as to why this happens and also provided me with options. Clean, professional and is my go to plumbing company.

I used Allgood a while back to snake a sewer line; I had a total stoppage in the house and needed emergency repair. When I called for 24 hours service, they promised a technician would be out within an hour or two, but five hours later, they finally called and informed me that they could not make it until the next day. I was mad, but I let them come do the service anyway. Then, this week, my kitchen sink clogged up and needed repair. Again, they said a technician could be at my house within about an hour, and again, hours later, they called to inform me they could not come out and do the service. When they called in the morning to reschedule the work, I told them to get lost. I understand I'm not the only customer in Atlanta, but if you can't come do the work, don't commit to it! I'll find another plumber.

The experience was well worth money spent.

John came on time,very polite and professional. I explained him the problem and after the inspection he wrote the estimate and applied the discount I bought on Angie's list. 50 dollars off toward 100. He dig a very deep hole in the ground close to the house a found the problem. He replace the pipe and filled back the hole leaving everything as neat as was befofore. We were very satisfied. He offered us a contract with his company for electric,heating and plumbing. We are going to consider to apply.

The Technician showed up on time and was very professional. I explained my issue and he said it would cost $129.99 to fix. So minus the $100 coupon deal I paid an additional $29.99. The Technician got to work but immediately determined my current faucet could not be fixed. He said I would need to either find a new valve (which apparently is very hard to find for the faucet I have) or buy a new faucet. The Technician said he would be able to come back the next day and install the new faucet for $215.00. I declined. I asked that he put my faucet back together and that I would just continue to deal with the low flow issue. He then said that due to the amount of build up (rust or sediment?) he could not put it back together. I then asked that he remove the faucet as I do not have the proper tools to do in myself. The Technician agreed but ultimately could not remove the faucet due to "build up." He advised to soak the hardware in WD-40. So in the end I was left with no running water in my kitchen faucet and a total bill of $79.99 for about 10 mins of work and nothing fixed. I felt the extra $29.99 should not have been charged since my issue was not fixed.

They scheduled immediately the next day. The offer was for a 40Gal heater but since I had an existing 50Gal heater, the manager approved the upgrade with no cost. The job was fast, clean and the installer was pleasant and friendly.

I am a Angie's List member. I recommended this company to my son-in-law to have a toilet clog cleared. Ken arrived and wouldn't hear of the clog being in the toilet. He snacked to the street from an outside sewer line. He came back in and stated that the clog must be a city problem as he snaked as far as he could and the city needed to be called to check their line. The city came out that evening and stated the line was clear and that it must be a inside toilet clog. This is what was called for in the first place. He called Ken again. Ken came out the next day after his other appts and finally snaked the inside toilet. The clog cleared and my son in law was charged another $250.00! Never, never will I recommended this company again unless some restitution is made. BTW I've used this company at my home before recommending them.

We do not seem to have have any leaking water.

I got a voucher from you guys for Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling. It cost around $300.

I cancelled the work and got refund.

they came to our home, on time and friendly, to help me figure out (and fix!) why my toilet and laundry room drain were clogged, causing them to flood. the tech checked our sink, ran a quick wash in the machine and flushed the toilet a few times. nothing happened, and so he left. i was charged their regular $39 service fee and was told if they have to come back out to fix anything the service charge would be waived. well less than 24 hours later the toilet flooded sending a half of inch of sewer water throughout my first floor. when i called allgood this morning, and spoke with a very nice supervisor, again, they were friendly and offered to come back out or refund me the entire $39 service fee. but i got the same sense from the guy who came to the house: nice, but do these people really give a care about helping me resolve my issue? i'm in the service business, and i'll be damned if i don't go above and beyond and assure my customer i want their business and am their best possible resource. so i'll be calling someone other than allgood. wish me luck.

if you have a leaky toilet, call this guy but if you need anything else done, I wouldn't recommend. They were able to complete 1 out 5 services requested.

Low pressure from kitchen faucet. Turned out to be an unusual problem but Brent continued to look for problem until he found it. Very professional and knew his business. Good job explaining what he was doing and why. Same day service. Called ahead when on the way. I complained about some of the shut off valves leaking when you turn them off and on. He suggested a better grade replacement valve, explained why they were better but wasn't pushy or trying to sell the new valves- just a suggestion. I would use him again.

He obviously did not plan to do the work that day. So he tied up half of each two days of my time and then would need to schedule the work for another day. I could not recommend this company to anyone. He was late and had to reschedule. His office aid did not apologize or wish to take the information of what was really needed for the job. He spent all his time and effort in trying to sell a service plan (elect., plumbing, etc.). He did not enumerate costs of parts of the job. $2000 was way too high a bid. I paid $39 for a service call on 2/23/2016. FOLLOW-UP: ------------------ I received a call from the manager at Allgood Plumbing & Electric. He sincerely apologized for the shoddy work done on my lawn. He also apologized for not returning my call. Apparently the message did not reach him or may have gotten lost; otherwise he would have called sooner. Anyway, he offered to reimburse me for what I paid my landscaper to put my yard back in shape. I accepted his offer as I believe he values the reputation of his company and will go to great length to make the customers satisfied and happy. I am now.

Superb. The entire experience with ALLGOOD was professional, accommodating, and complete. They were on time; advised when plumber was on his way; respective of property in the home; and accomplished the task at a very reasonable cost in an extremely efficient fashion, and departed. NOT HASSLE!!
