Scheduled an appointment to fix a drain clog and they didn't show up. Called after the time window expired, only to find out the rep we spoke with didn't even enter it into their system. Referenced a $50 off coupon on the website each time we spoke, which they said would be applied. Didn't apply the coupon and it took 3 extra calls to get that money back, which also required me physically taking a screenshot of their website as they wanted me to 'download the coupon', which isn't even a downloadable link on their own website. Charged nearly $500 for a drain clog repair after all these headaches and didn't really make an effort to make that right. I'll be going with a different company going forward.

They were great— response was quick, they were on time and thorough, and contacted me immediately after the work and before leaving my home. I will contact them again!

Allgood installed ur HVAC in out new home. Everything is working fine this far.

They showed up as expected (unfortunately I was out of town and my wife was supervising the repair). We got a quote a few weeks earlier but that person has left Allgood. The original repair was 7 years ago and that vendor cut a 2 ft square hole to effect the repair. The all good vendor choose not to use the precut hole but to cut a new hole 1ft x 1ft roughly. The repair of the pipe was completed and for some reason the technician broke the cut dry wall into several smaller pieces and left them inside the newly cut hole. When I go back Sat I was expecting to see the cutout of the drywall to replace and mudd. I only discovered the smaller cut out when I called Allgood to find out why a hole was left in the wall. The asked my wife did the tech say anything about the drywall. No she says. I asked did they talk about a cut off for this pipe she says no again. After 3 calls the supervisor finally called me back. We discussed the matter and he acknowledged that the matter could have been handled better. And wanted to know what he could do to make things right. I don’t know how to fix the unfixable. He offered to send someone back out to put in a panel door and a cutoff switch at a new cost of course. I told him it would have been nice to have had that discussion while the job was in progress. Some do things to say they did something others do things to make sure they get something done. Very disappointed with Allgood.

Terrible. They totally overcharged me for the type of work.

They were very professional with getting appointment scheduled, however, the first time they came to scheduled appointment the tech said that they could not check the freon levels on the units because it was cloudy and raining and I would need to rescheduled. I rescheduled based on the weather forcast of a sunny day. I was scheduled from 2-6 and planned my day out based on this time. I receive a call at 2:30 pm saying that they are running low on technicians and they asked me to reshedule for another day. No thanks. I will now schedule with another company.

It went fine. Very pleased with the work performed. Courteous plumber who went through checking the old unit. Gave me a full account of measures taken on original unit. The age of old water could not be save. Next he quoted me a price of a replacement and installed the same day a newer model.

Gave estimate to repair. Did not do at this time.

We have had an intermittent leaking shower faucet for @ 2 years that started after we had some tile work done. We had two plumbing companies come out and assess the problem. One was from Majestic plumbing and without even looking at anything related to the shower, he recommended cutting the tile, getting a new faucetry system, and replacing parts to the tune of @ $985.00 (not including cost of faucetry). We sought a 3rd opinion. Today we had Tom with Allgood plumbing, Electric, Heating and Cooling come to assess the problem. Tom asked to look at the valve parts of the shower and discovered an old torn gasket left in place. Also the new valve part that my husband had replaced had a built in gasket system. So , there was no way to have an adequate seal. We are so pleased to have this problem resolved and really appreciate Tom for taking the time and actually looking at the system. THANK YOU TOM!!!

RARE miss for Allgood. Full disclosure, my brother has been in HVAC work for 20 years so I knew going into it exactly what I needed. I used Allgood because I didn't want to have him drive 90+ miles to do a simple job. That said, the guy didn't do the work that was requested and insisted it was something completely different when explaining it to my renters. I called him and he tried running the same thing on me until I took apart his explanation point by point. He ultimately agreed and asked if he wanted me to have him reschedule an appointment - NOPE! Had another HVAC friend come and swap out the thermostat - system works like a champ. As a returning /long term client I was given a discount on the service that was provided but a discount on junk is still money I shouldn't have lost. I will continue to be an Allgood customer, just not the HVAC side of the house which is a shame because I am replacing the entire system and water heater within the next 6 months.

Allgood replaced a 15 year old water heater about 18 months ago. About a month ago I happened to look in the closet with the water heater and noticed serious corrosion around the pipes in the top of the heater. The previous water heater had lasted 15 years and never showed any signs of electrolysis. I called Allgood and they sent someone out promptly. I was told that the corrosion was due to electrolysis and that two other things needed to be corrected from the initial installation. They had initially put in an expansion bottle but it was installed horizontally instead of vertically and had no support strap. Also they had not brought the outlet pipe up to code with larger diameter pipe. They gave an estimate to correct the installation but offered no discount, no replacement of the water heater or adding extended coverage. I have tried for over a month to go through customer service and have not had a call back from the job supervisor to discuss despite leaving over eight message on different days. Allgoood appears to have completely walked away from supporting their work. All is not good.

the representative was awesome. he helped me pick out the unit that was best for the square footage and he even sweetened the deal with a Nest thermostat. I have joined the VIP club and they always come when I need them.

It was not the field lines. Toilets were unclogged and I was told that I should replace them soon.

If Daniel is a representation of ALLGOOD PLUMBING as a company, I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic! Daniel arrived at the expected time to give an estimate on the installation of a water heater. I did not have to wait around all day waiting for the technician to arrive. He was personable, professional and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and make recommendations. Upon my approval to purchase and have the water heater installed, it was not an all-day process. Daniel had to leave to go and retrieve the agreed upon water heater and when he returned with the water heater and other parts needed for the installation, Daniel was able to install the water heater in a very short time. Price was a bit on the high side for the industry, but compared to the other estimates or recommendations received, I feel the decision to use ALLGOOD PLUMBING was the best decision. So far, I am very satisfied with the water heater and installation. I would highly recommend ALLGOOD PLUMBING for installation of water heater needs.

I called and scheduled an appointment for ALLGood Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment today between the hours of 8-12. I told them that I would be home and that I would be talking the day off. Around 11:00 am I called them to verify that my appointment was still valid. They told me that they tried to call me that morning but my line was busy and that they could not send anyone out that day. I told them that I took the day off and that a buy signal confirmed that I was home but on the phone. They should of called again. They believe that you should sit at home for 4 hours and not answer any phone calls. This is terrible service from a company that states that their service is ALLGOOD. It is terrible that they do not honor their slogan with their terrible service. I will never call this company again and will tell all my friends about how they do service.

My water pressure regulator was old and the water pressure coming into my home was running on the high side, so I decided to have the regulator replaced. I also opted to replace my rubber washing machine hoses with stainless steel. As always, Allgood does a great job. I've been using them for four years. They are always professional and do quality work. Usually, there's a coupon or discount I can use--but Allgood wasn't running any specials and the Angie's List coupons weren't relevant to the work I was having done. So I had to pay full price, which was $675--and was too high in my opinion. In fact, I had planned to also have my water heater flushed, but that was going to add another $200+ dollars to the bill and I decided to wait on that until I could get a coupon since it's not urgent and I felt the other repairs needed to be addressed first. When I went out to get my mail, I discovered they had left my water meter in my front yard uncovered as well as left a metal piece of equipment (don't know the name of the piece) in my yard. I put the meter cover back in place, but they need to come get their metal piece.

The team was very professional and clearly explained what I should expect. They removed as little drywall as necessary to work behind the walls. The red and blue plumbing used, now makes it easy for me to quickly identify the hot and cold piping if I need to do repairs. They are a bit expensive.

On time, professional, fully explained things, very knowledgeable, fair enough pricing.

The guy that came was super nice. He told me that the main needed to be blown out & that they could get someone there that day. So, I didn't go to work, thinking my resolution was coming. The office told me the person. Was coming, until at the end of the day, they told me it was too late and that I would have to reschedule the next day. It turns out that the solution proposed was not the actual solution.

One guy was great - identified the problem and solved it quickly. The next was bad - cut holes in my ceilings in two rooms trying to find a leak only to finally realize it was the seal around the shower fixtures. I had asked him if he should try running the shower but he "didn't think that was the issue." Cost me lots of extra money to fix the two gaping holes in my ceiling.

I have used Allgood for years, but I will never call them again. This guy felt like a salesman trying to push additional items on me, and quoted me over $800 for the work above. He tried to explain the cost by telling me the toilet handles were $115. I stopped listening to the rest. He never asked me what kind of handle I wanted, I would not have selected a $115 handle. I said no thank you, and had someone else do it for half the cost. I am so disappointed, they were my "go to."

Ivan showed up performed services couldn’t fix said it was due to broken pipe, call original company that replaced pipe 6 months prior they came out cleared blockage and charged $100 less than allgood plumbing. ALLBAD PLUMBING!

If Cody is a representation of ALLGOOD as a company, I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic! We have an infant at home (7 weeks) and Cody with ALLGOOD was 100% respectful of that. 5-Star on that aspect alone. Also, it was a bad job to take on (think: sewage drain lines). The job turned into one that was much larger in scope than we initially thought. No delay, they returned the next day and began their repair (they worked into the evenings on the first two nights). It was beyond what we were hoping for. They even corrected issues that were dormant until the initial repairs were made. In other words, after they got 1/2 of the system working properly, and other issues popped up because the first 1/2 was finally working properly and they jumped on those too. Plumbing works like new construction in a 60 year old house!!! Always available by text, cell direct to the crew working your project. This worked for my work schedule perfectly!!! Office staff was awesome too, calls upon scheduling and dispatch. NO WAITING FOR AN ENDLESS OPEN ENDED WINDOW!!! Price was a bit on the high side for the industry, but, as a detail oriented person, it was well worth it. Plumbing is something that no one sees or thinks about in a home until it goes wrong, Cody's work added a feeling of security to our system and I am sure will add security and comfort to any prospective future buyer. If we have any further needs, ALLGOOD will be our first, and likely, only call.

1st attempt plumber came over flushed the toilet a few times. I was told the clogged must have be soft tissue clog and must have unclogged itself 5 minutes after he left drains backed up. 2nd attempt same guy came out two days later cause that was earliest and they want same plumber to come out cause he had experience with this house (haha, just from flushing toilet 2 days prior) he was there and said the line leading to street needed to be cleared and his machine would do it. Never succeeded he said line or pipe was broken and needed to be replaced, the cost $3,200+. Different company came next day did say thing he said he did and cleared line for $100 cheaper than I paid. Called company to report plumber and hopefully get partial refund, I still waiting for someone named Doug to get back with me going on 4 days now! Stay away from this company
