It did not go well. First, you will pay $39.00 for them to come to your house and give you a quote. Then you might get a quote like I did. It was totally outrageous. They wanted to charge me $589.00 for a job that would take less than 2 hours. I used another company and was charged $160.00. Allgood was $429.00 more than a reasonably price for one outlet. Do not call them for electrical services.

I h ave been thrilled with Allgood - and never happier with any plumber we used. Allgood has been great to deal with - and Brent specifically is tremendous! We ask for Brent every time and he is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend!

It took only five minutes for the electrician to check the fixture and find that no further service was required. I appreciated the fact that Allgood did not charge me for this.

Repairman opened conversation saying that it was 43 miles from his office to my house. If distance was going to be a problem should have indicated that before I bought coupon. Looked at problem and say that they didn't have part. He said he would have to go to a big box store to purchase it but that it was really an appliance repair not a plumbing repair. I spent $50 for nothing.

I was somewhat satisfied. I thought the price was little high for what he did. I called back asking to speak with someone in the office about the bill. They said they would have the technician call me back and I never received a phone call back.

They've always been very prompt courteous professional up front. They are very good op notch company, Because we pay that one time fee and it's basically for lifetime service we work with them. That was one of the things that impress me most about them when we started working with them, they called us one day, that's the thing if it's regular routine maintenance fee it's covered if we want them to come out and look at something it's covered if they have charge anything then whatever the maintenance fee would have been would be deducted from the cost of the repair under that agreement, it's just a neat little agreement we have with them, their solid operation. They are exceptional reasonable exceptional professional and their just a good company to work with. I love the fact their very courteous when we schedule service they'll email a picture of the technician coming out so I know who is coming to my door when to expect them they always with the early part of their three hour window always tried to keep it close to that.

The plumber spent a great deal of time with me discussing the project and noting other work that could be done to prevent future problems. The work was done well. He also fixed another minor problem we asked him to look at.

They were ok just way too expensive.l got the work done by a licensed plumber for hundreds$ less.

Rich from AllGood Plumbing and Electric is the best electrician we've ever met. I trust the other electricians at AllGood are excellent as well, though I can't speak for them first hand. We've known Rich for maybe four or five years now. Every time there is an electrical need, we call and get on his schedule. Is availability is always good, though even if we had to wait weeks, we would--happily! Rich is hard-working, clean cut, neat with his work, highly detail-oriented, dedicated, reliable, very intelligent, does a great job explaining things and making sure we're on the same page, and always does a thorough job. He's also very personable--just an all around nice guy. Even though some things can be expected to cause a mess (like drilling into the ceiling to run wires for ceiling lights), Rich is very mindful of not making a mess. He uses tools with extra devices that catch dust and debris, so by the time he leaves, even from a big job, it's like he was never even there. Except that the lights look spectacular! But no mess. And it's not easy to leave no mess at times, as drywall dust tends to get everywhere. When he recommends something, we trust him 100%. He would never steer a customer wrong. It is so good to have an electrician you can count on. There has never been a single issue the entire time we've known him, and, in fact, quite the opposite--he impresses us and exceeds expectations every time!

They were fast, efficient and clean. They also replaced some old worn parts. Very satisfied with the work.

The technician was great. He replaced the plunger in the sink and answered all of our questions about the water pressure.

Very impressed! It was a quick and inexpensive fix. The technician was experienced and thorough and he didn't try to over sell (charge) me.

When they arrived they asked for an additional $250 for installing the disposal. I purchased via the deal enough time to install a new disposal without having to pay additional fees.

I ended up not hiring them, because their estimate for the work was very high.

Tiffany, who helped us with scheduling was very nice and helpful. They made this process very easy and convenient for us. We will definitely use going forward for all of our plumbing needs.

Called Allgood because of previous experience with them. They were onsite the first day that I could accommodate. Unexpected problems occurred when they found a second leak coming from under foundation. Terry Hall (with Allgood) had his crew drill through the foundation and resolve the problem in no time. Expense $3100.00. (3 months water bills with leak). On time, professional, overcoming the unexpected.. I rate A+++. Reasonable rates.

Great experience! The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Had the old unit out and the new one installed in no time. Been using Allgood for several years and have never had a bad experience. Even recommended them to a friend who also has been very pleased.

Main water line was leaking thousands of gallons a day in the yard. Because this was not visible inside the house, we didn't realize the problem until we received a whopping water bill. Contacted Allgood, who had repaired a smaller leak in the front yard years ago. Their Service Tech, John H. , arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the leak location and the recommended course of action, which involved a drilling crew. He viewed this as urgently as we did. In looking at the water pipes in the basement, he also noticed that the water heater (10 years old) was leaking. All work was done same day. We took some readings on the water meter later that evening. It was recording only small household usages, just as it should be!

I was told I needed a dedicated outlet and wiring under house for job. The cost would be $800 plus. I was astounded. I just wanted an updated outlet to connect a small chest freezer. The technican asked if they told me there would be a trip charge of $39.95. I said NO. I did not pay the trip charge and will absolutely NEVER call Allgood again for any reason. RIP OFF!!! Have successfully had the work done for the cost of $180 and all is working very well. What a fool I would have been to listen to Allgood!!!! Lesson learned!

Great. Did what I needed and more. Plumber did a great job. Lots of advice and tips to help prevent problems.

Hannah called me within 30 minutes to schedule my appointment. Then the day of she called to let me know the repairman would be there within an hour. Brent was great! I thought I would have to have all the internal tank parts replaced, but he looked at it and said only the seal needed replacing. It saved me money because the cost was less than $15 with the voucher I bought.

They are very professional. They know what they are doing.
