Jonathan from All Good was really professional, punctual and took care of the whole issue. He tested the toilet quite a few times to ensure the problem doesnt occur again. Im very impressed by this company and their service.

It went excellent. They came out and looked at it for me. They replaced it within the hour. I can't even tell where they dug it up at and they put my yard back to where it's not noticeable. The price was lower than I expected.

A technician and a trainee looked at the two bathroom sinks and told me that they could be fixed by replacing the water lines for over $300 so I authorized the repair. When the job was done and it was time to pay they informed me that the sinks were still leaking and needed additional repairs that would be another several hundred dollars. I still had two sinks out of commission even though I paid over $300. I wish that they had told me upfront what all needed to be repaired before I unknowingly authorized a partial repair so I could have had the option to refuse and consider other options. I'm not sure if this was due to incompetence or unethical behavior. I called the office the next day and spoke with a manager. After some back and forth she ultimately offered me $50 off for them to come back to complete the repairs. Looking back I wish I had had the technicians take their $300 water lines off my sinks before they left my home. But they did fix my leaking shower and am happy with that repair so far.

Technician was able to come out the same day and was able to replace my hot water heater. He did a great job and very efficient.

Allgood has always done great work for us. Highly recommended. Only complaint is their "price list' prices are a little steep... but much much cheaper than Zurn!

the plumber did the work fairly easy took him less than 5mins. However the plumber never gave cost of service before beginning inspite of the fact when i set the appt that was my first request an estimate. i was told it was $39 for them to come out and at that time id be told cost of repair. well that never happened i was just presented a bill of $322.50 after the drain was snaked. i also was told in the future drano foam would solve the same issue. so yes i feel completely ripped off! consumer beware!

The plumber checked and found the spot. It wasn't a pipe. He suspected that it was the roof. He even took the time to take my cell phone and make me a video of the suspected spot in the attic. He suggested that I show the video to person that I choose to look at the roof. The type of deal I purchased was an inspection first of the job before any actual work is done.

Well, I didn't need the pipe replaced, only the tip of the pipe screwed off. The plumber then proceeded to put the shower head on. I assumed that since the pipe wasn't replace, I wouldn't have to pay anything above the price of the voucher I purchased from Angie's List. I was a little disappointed because I could have screw the little piece off of the pipe myself.

Perfect start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, replaced the faucet and made sure there were no leaks. Could not ask for anything more.

contacted them Sat Nov 5,2016 They had you give three days for visit. Choice 1, 2, 3 I choose 7,8,9 I got en email stating they would be contacting me. As of today Nov 11,2016 I have not heard from them. Good thing it was not an emergency!

It was great, they were professional, and work was done meticulously. They respected our home and left everything clean. We are really pleased with the service.

Work was done quickly after technician went to Home Depot to buy materials. What impressed me the most was the technician didn't ask me the location of the water shut off for the house.

They are excellent. He will not cut a corner period. He is one of the best. He is very trustworthy and that is coming from a building inspector.

The initial quote given was $1130 to fix a broken pump. I sort of figured that it would take a few hours plus the cost of the pump. When I saw that he was done in less than 45 minutes I was somewhat shocked. If you take away the cost of the pump which at best is $400, that means that I was charged over $900 an hour. Will not use again. Very very disappointed.

Good. Worked quickly and efficiently.

The plumber ran the camera through two different pipes to get a clear picture of what exactly was going on with our clog. He told us we had roots growing through our pipe and that was the clog problem. He did not show me the results from the camera. He could not find the clean out drain. I got a second opinion since no roots were near the clean out drain and found out it could not have been roots causing our problem. Also, we had a soggy yard from a sprinkler valve leak and Allgood said it was from the hole where the roots grew through the pipe.

He did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. He checked everything thoroughly and was very professional. I was very happy with the work he did! I would definitely hire him again.

We were demolishing a built in grill. While under our house he discovered our dishwasher was leaking into our crawl space. He fixed it for us while he was there. Everything went great. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Even helped walk me through purchasing the Angie's List deal.

Plumber was very professional - listened to my litany of needs, fixed 1 and gave cogent advice on the rest.

They are the Best. Rich is the electrician. I signed a contract with them because they were so good. They are very seasoned workers, they make sure that I am safe. I am very happy with them I love their work. Rich made sure that I was safe, and he is just wonderful. I can not give him enough praise. They are a little over priced, but they did give me deals. If there was a deal to be had they gave it to me. They only thing I did not like was that the plummer did not wear protective gear. I was a little worried about sanitary.

Very well satisfied. Was very prompt, same day service. Professional and very friendly. Even called manufacturer for me to get more information. Definitely would use again should other problems arise.

Not happy with the way things went, but let's start with the good: Did had an online chat feature which I liked to schedule an appointment. They also promised a call 30 minutes prior to the plumber arriving and they did call. Why I will not recommend them: They called me before I left work and told me the plumber would arrive within 30 to 60 minutes max. I waited at home and no plumber arrived. I called them after 75 minutes and they immediately (almost like it was their only response) was traffic was bad. I checked the traffic and at most, it should have taken 45 minutes from where they were coming from. Google Maps is a good source for that. They only said the tech was on the way and would not offer any additional information or even offer to call them to find out an ETA. The plumber arrived 1 hour and 50 minutes after their initial call. He did not apologize at all or even seem to care. The checked online sources about estimate costs to replace a disposal and it gave a big range but the mid-point was about $190. It's not like its complex, but it took the plumber some 10 minutes to come up with an estimate. Attempt to fix it: $175 or $158 if I sign up for their service plan at about $200 a year Replace with same model: $386 or $347 if I sign up for service plan Replace with better model: $650 or $501 if I sign up for service plan Their prices are no where close to the online estimate (not associated with them) I checked amazon and they offer the same model and the next model up and include the cost of replacement. Here's what they offer: Same model with installation/removal costs included: $210 Upgrade model with installation/removal costs included: $260 (Insinkerator Badger 5 - 1/2HP if you want to know) Obviously Amazon is also making a profit too. So why is Allgood charging double or more than them? I have no idea, but I'd recommend going with a company that provides up front estimates and costs, not require you to pay $39 and waste hours of your time waiting at home. As a side note, I had a plumber verbally give me a quote to replace it about 2.5 years ago and I specifically remember him saying it would have been about $180. So, Allgood is AllExpensive! My recommendation to Allgood: Provide upfront estimates on the phone for simple jobs Provide line item costs in estimates (material vs labor) Stop pushing expensive service plans Call the plumber when they are late to get an ETA and apologize about it; and try to give better time estimates. Plumbers should apologize too. Stop making excuses.
