They've done a lot of work. The quality and the reliability stands out the most.

Everything was fine but the price was high. They were very quick to respond.

They do exactly what they say they are going to do and don't try to up sale, they're very professional.

Had a Friday appt. but someone had an emergency and could not make. I know life happens but a discount or something for completely missing window of time which we had to reschedule other things was really inconvenient. Came on Monday at scheduled time and completed work.

Terrble. This is the worst experience I've had with a service company. The reason I hired Allgood was because I needed power restored to my front porch light. That was my #1 priority. Since the electrician was coming I told him I had three lighting fixtures to be changed out (two flood lights and a laundry room fixture). The electrician did the three fixtures first and told me the charge was $540 and then he would work on the porch light. He charge $390 to change out two flood lights and $150 to change out my laundry light). If the electrician had been clear on the charges I could have asked my handyman to change those fixtures. The work he had done at that time took less than 90 minutes for $540. I was very upset. Then he looked at the front porch light that was not getting power and could not access the problem. He charged me a diagnostic fee of $137 because he could not fix the problem and had to leave because it was a Saturday and he was on call so had to go to another customer, but told me he would "do me a favor" and apply the $137 to the full price of $475 to complete the job by running new wire to the fixture. The only reason I agreed to have him come back was because he was applying the diagnostic fee to the final charge. All in all, I paid $1019 to complete the work. I would not have agreed to having him replace the fixtures first had I understood how expensive this company is. The technician was very pleasant and professional, however I still felt duped. I am a single woman and I honestly don't think they would have taken advantage of a man like this. I called the supervisor to discuss and left a message. He called m back when I couldn't talk so I returned his call later and left another message. I did not hear back from him. I would NEVER use Allgood for ANY service ever again. I want others to get all upfront pricing and ask more questions than I did. I am sick over paying over a thousand dollars for this. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU USE ALLGOOD FOR ANYTHING!!!

He did good job in terms of getting the work done on time. However, there is 'ghost flushing' now, within few months and I am back to square one. I cannot believe parts were defective. I tried to replace flapper but it does not seem to work. I am not satisfied with the quality of work for the price charged.

It was OK but the dispatcher was unprofessional by telling the service guy that I had not had any work done by them. The service guy looked it up and saw that I had used them a few times.

The water was just running and we couldn't shut it off. They were really good. I did call back and tell the guy that I felt like they took advantage of me price wise. Instead of fixing the part they said I had to have a whole new unit which was so much more then just fixing the part that needed fixed. The work is good, I just feel like I shouldn't have had to pay as much. Maybe they could have fixed it a different way, but I don't know about plumbing. He supposed to adjust the water where it comes out hot and cold and he didn't and my granddaughter went in to take a shower and it was all the way to max hot. I don't know how to adjust that, so they had to come back and adjust that. I need to know how things work, explain it to me better. You just can't say you have to have this. I am a person that looks at you know if I go to the grocery stores and they both have it for one price but you have it for $10. You have to justify it to me. They got here as fast as they could. There were two guys. They cleaned up and were careful in the house.

The problem ended up being bigger than originally thought buth the technician communicated everything along the way.

Allgood had the parts on the truck and took care of the problem promptly at a reasonable price.

I had several things done and one of them didn't work out right, but they took care of it quickly, promptly. They made a mistake, but they did good about making it good, so I'm not going to ding them about that. I moved out of their area, but if I could use them again, I would.

Brent was the plumber that came out. He was able to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher. He successfully fixed both plumbing issues I was having.
