Description of Work: The technician checked out the obvious areas of concern, could find no immediate problem. Attempted a restart of the system and all went well from there. There was no charge at all, but I truly appreciated his professionalism and customer service demeanor. If I have any further needs, I will surely call Allgood.

Description of Work: There was a leak near the shower coming from inside a wall. The provider had to cut a hole in the wall to reach the leak. It was expensive but the problem was resolved quickly.

Description of Work: Actually, I think I already sent a detailed review regarding the furnace tech from Triad coming first. He discovered gas fumes in the crawl space. That's when I called Allgood Plumbing to repair the line to the hot water heater. They were both very knowledgeable and professional.

Description of Work: Had a hole in cast iron sewer pipe on crawl space. They replaced it with Pvc pipe. |main sewer line leaking in crawlspace there was a hole in the bottom of the cast-iron 4 x 3 Y on the main sewer line cut out fitting and replaced with PVC one year warranty |Was hoping it would be a cheaper fix. I was charged for 4" drain pipe up to 5 feet. They did a good job and the technician was friendly. They were about an hour late, but I was watching football so that was ok. It took about an hour to complete the job. Used $50 Angie's list coupon to bring price down to $625

Description of Work: Allgood plumbing and electric were great. I needed an additional outlet installed for a new water heater and the pressure water valve replaced. Everything went smooth and professional from making an appointment to the actual work. I would use them again and recommend to my friends.

Description of Work: Installed a new gas line, 220 electrical service, and vent hood. The workmanship was pretty good, although in retrospect I don't like the gas line solution.

Description of Work: They replaced the expansion tank on the water heater. Excellent marks for response in an emergency, but feel I was taken advantage of on the pricing and got an extremely high estimate to replace the entire water heater which is why I went elsewhere.

Description of Work: I thought I had a broken pipe. They checked out the pipes, as well as the septic system, and determined it was just a wax ring. The representative was very professional, explained the situation, and was patient with my questions. They only charged me $39 for the service call. I called the company around 7:30/8 am, and they were there by 10 am. I was thrilled with service and would DEFINITELY use they again and recommend them!

Both sinks on kitchen were leaking, the stopper in tub was replaced, and the commode tank pump was replaced. |My biggest issue with them was that the price he quoted was $90.00 per hour , and said it would take an hour and a half. When the bill was calculated he charged double for the service charge because there were two workers. His quote should have included the price to be doubled. |The other helper seemed to need assistance in making sure he was doing the task correctly. The other worker stood around watching him work for 15- 10 minutes until I said I could show him the other bathroom. |They were exceptionally polite and cleaned up afterwards and completed the job just fine.

Description of Work: Allgood was on time, the technician immediately diagnosed and fixed the leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was far too high for the minor repair and if there had been additioal problems they could have been repaired with additional costs. I would contact an independent plumber instead of using this company.
