Description of Work: It was great. The plumber resolved my problem and was able to fix another problem I was having with my plumbing. Will use them again.

Great experience from scheduling to professionalism to having all parts and knowledge to make the fix on the spot. Also provided great advice on how to approach repairing areas with water damage.

Description of Work: They did what they promised to do when they said they would do it. Excellent communication. Our leaking kitchen faucet could not be repaired and we had to buy a new one necessitating a second visit. Our technician was very professional and we were pleased with the whole experience.

Description of Work: The technician was very friendly, however there quote was significantly more than I expected and significantly more than another quote I received from a similar company.

Description of Work: The gentleman who came out repaired a leak from the tub in my daughter's room. He also fixed the water heater. The pressure in it was too high. The water heater repair is what took the price up. Even though it was a bit expensive to us as newer homeowners, it still wasn't that bad. The repairman was very nice and professional.

Description of Work: After trying for weeks to find someone to install my ceiling fan without success I finally turned to Angie |List and was very happy I did. Technician was prompt and professional. In no time my fan was installed. Was very happy and will call Angie List again . |

Description of Work: When appt made, told them we wanted a new outlet done. When electrician came, we were told it would be an addl $186 to do the outlet. Asked electrician to do as much as he could for the amount of the voucher ($200 worth). So wire was pulled and set to destination of outlet. We were left to finish installing the outlet. Was not told of any addl expense when set up appt.

Description of Work: I had a great experience working with Allgood, using a coupon from Angie's list to start with an electrical inspection. Joe was my electrician and he was very professional and nice to work with. After the appointment, I was given a full list of work recommended and I decided what to include from there. I am extremely happy with the results of the upgrades so far and will continue to use Allgood as the needs occur.

Description of Work: I paid over $300 to have the internal looking of a stripped faucet. They came out the first time to "diagnose" the problem and called my supplier for a free replacement - that took 30 minutes and charged me $129. Then they came out the second time to install the parts that arrived for $250, it took less than 1 hour. Well hope it warranted. Very pricey service!
