Excellent service here in Snellville, Georgia!!.... Quick to respond and set up an appointment. I was able to get someone to come out the same day I called. Reasonably priced. Very professional and they get the job done with quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good dependable company to supply them with any plumbing work that you need done. And I am sure that they are just as good with their Heating and Air service as well.

It's a very large house. They were excellent.

They were excellent. I'm not on the property so I assume it's running ok. My neighbors check on it for me. It's going to be a leased property until we can move into it but my understanding is it's running very well. It looks like they did an excellent job. I have photos of it. They were very very good and the sales manager, John, was excellent. I would say they were very competitively priced. Professionalism was a very big A. They are top quality. It took about 4 or 5 hours and they left the area clean.

The cost was way too expensive!! He finished in less than 30 minutes. I paid another reputable plumbing company the same amount to put in a bath tub faucet, repair leaky outdoor faucet and fix a shut off valve. I would have rated better but the rate charged affected it.

My husband called them on Monday morning. They gave a time estimate and then called later to say that someone was available earlier to come. I was pleased that they sent an e-mail with pictures or who was coming to do the work before arrival. They also immediately e-mailed the bill upon completion. I was able to read the receipt at work which stated what we were charged with in detail and a 1 year warranty. Our 16 year old sewage ejector pump had rusted out and needed to be replaced.

Horrible, horrible! I was given a 4 hr window of time, the plumber didn't show up until 2 hours past that window so I had to call a friend to be here since I was leaving to go out of town. The customer service people were nice and waived my service fee. However, after 5 min the plumber told my friend that I needed a $700 service to detect the source of the leak. I waited a few days to try and rule out some things on my own but ultimately the carpet continued to be wet so I called and scheduled a leak detection service. The same plumber came back a second time. I surprised to find out that he never even looked in my water heater room because he said he "couldn't access it". I had left the keys with my friend and he told me he shut off my water last time he was here which he couldn't have done because it's in the water heater room he "couldn't get to". The leak detention guy found no leak in my pipes and after cutting a hole in my wall, found the AC pvc condensation pipe was disconnected. So I basically paid $600 for some glue and for them to cut a hole in my wall which the plumber informed me after, they don't fix. After realizing the plumber took my keys to the door for my water heater it took me several days of calling, several times a day to finally get an email that someone will come replace my doorknob. While the customer service tried to help me each time, William, ops supv and Tiffany, customer service mgr would NEVER call me back. I've requested to have William call me several times to discuss the service call and cost but to date he still won't return my calls. For a company that promotes their customer services I'm extremely disappointed with management. I would never recommend this company to anyone given the lack of help and responsiveness I received as a result of their poorly qualified plumber.

EXCELLENT. James Nuckles was very professional...Asked what was the problem...Fixed it quickly (less than and hour)..said THANKS for the call...and was on his way...Will definitely call him again.

I needed a wobbly commode remounted that's what they fixed ! $195 not not cheap but OK also needed the stopper fixed on the bathtub .and the faucets they turned all the way around so they need a new he quoted me $1700 for the commode the valve stem's !! The plumber said because he needed to go underneath the floor which was the basement and said it was big deal. But it wasn't a big deal because it was in the basement and it was exposed rafters so you can see all the plumbing. Also I hired them so they could fix these little problems that maybe would take us a long time but they sent a journeyman out to the house don't think he knew what he was doing. He also said he didn't have the valve stem's he'd have to go get them that's why that was more money

Ok. Serviceman was not very personable - seemed annoyed to be at work. Didn't show us the finished product just told us he was done, took payment & left.

First Dino came and did an estimate. Followed by his brother who claimed all estimates to be incorrect as Dino only works in HVAC. Then Dino's brother (Anthony) took $100 to start the project and never returned for services(can provide copy of the check). Since he took the check in his name, Allgood stopped responding to my phone calls when asked for managers they kept me on long hold.

They were excellent. Very good service. The service man was very nice and did excellent work.

The issue was diagnosed quickly, and they were able to schedule me for the full repair sooner than I expected considering it was a full-day effort. They explained what they were doing, showed me the damage and how it was caused, and were very helpful. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication about the cleanup of the resulting mud in the street and my HOA was upset; it took a while to get a callback about when the further cleanup could be completed (I had to try a few times to get a response). Overall a good service but an unfortunate bad impression left at the end.

Called Allgood within minutes of spotting the leak on a Saturday at ~3pm. Understanding it was the weekend I was specifically targeting providers that could come out pronto since I didn't want to sustain water damage. Allgood's website front page states Schedule 24/7 - "we are at the ready for any maintenance or repairs you may need at anytime". When I called and explained my emergency situation they told me a technician could come out Monday at 8am. I mentioned the emergency service touted on the website and she said "there's nothing I can do about that". I was floored and said thanks anyways. I called another provider that promptly came out. I cannot speak to cost or quality of service but it's clear to me that Allgood, at least in this circumstance, did not live up to the "emergency" services marketed all over its own website. Very disappointing.

Went real well. It was really expensive, about $300 for less than an hour of labor. Very prompt, very responsive and scheduled the appointment. very professional and efficient - but overpriced.

They did an outstanding job. It cost right around $500 for everything, even for the disposal. I thought it was a pretty good deal. Their price was reasonable. Their service was very fast, prompt, and got it done efficiently. They sent two guys out, left no mess and they took the old disposal and disposed of it. There was nothing that I had to do but pay them, which is how it is supposed to be. I have called them on a couple of occasions over the pass 2 or 3 years and they have always been very, very fast.

Found and replaced the leaking pipe, which no one could find for over 20 years!

Great on the installation but never called back when the new sprayer was reported leaking.

Very well! The tech was very virtuous and on time. He advised me of the work and how long it would take. He Completed in a timely fashion. I would hire again.

Leaky toilet, made the repair within the dollar scope and all was good, and all were “A’s”.

I inquired about the pricing and scope of services and received absolutely no response from this company. If this is how responsive they are to prospective customers, I can only imagine that their responsiveness to current customers is just as bad. I will take my business elsewhere.

Great. There was a problem with the install about one week after completion. Rhett immediately came out to fix it.

Only willing to "fix" if replaced all of my pipes I crawl space. No response from management when questioned if this was there practice.
