Hired Mr. Gamble and paid him. He subcontracted work where the guy removed hard piped gas line and replaced it with flex line. Gas line to furnace was never secure and would swing when you touched it. Mr. Gamble has left the property after being paid where agreement was for half down and final at completion but I discovered he had charged the entire amount upfront. Furnace never worked after install and all Mr. Gamble kept saying is pay him more money to fix issue which furnace showed 24 volts coming in but would drop to 18 once gas valve clicked on. Mr. Gamble refused to honor his 1 year labor warranty. He claimed it was a different issue so he wouldn't return unless I agreed to pay him more money. I Had to hire a different hvac contractor and discovered Goodman furnace had bad parts which he said they are known for. He removed and replaced parts but I had to pay him for labor which should of been covered by 24/7. He also corrected hardpiped gasoline. Stay clear of Mr. Gamble. He became very unprofessional, cocky and rude once he got the money. His quality of work is terrible like his attitude.

After contracting Mr. Gamble to replace furnace I discovered he sub- contractored work to another person who came out removed old furnace and replaced hard piping with a flex line that was not secure swinging. Mr. Gamble was never present during the install. Furnace never worked properly and he just wanted to charge more money instead of fixing the furnace even though he gave a 1 year labor warranty. Had to call another hvac person to come out because Mr. Gamble wouldn't honor his one year labor warranty. New hvac person found bad parts and said it was out of box failure. He returned them and replaced them. He also hard-piped gas line correctly. Cost additional money for labor that should of been covered under 1 year labor warranty. Paid for service and Mr. Gamble didn't deliver. After he got paid money he became very unprofessional, cocky and rude. Never returned to honor 1 year labor warranty. Stay clear of him.
