Excellent couldn’t have been better

Three of the hardest working and most courteous men I've had the pleasure of working with. They made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. What a great group of people, from the first booking phone call until they drove away when the job was done, it was great!

The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage.

Great very professional, very diligent & hard working

I couldn’t have been more pleased with Movers Direct, LLC for my move from Texas to Indiana. Christy was great at coordinating the loading and unloading times, and kept me informed. The crew showed up on time to load. They were very nice, careful with my belongings, and got the loading done in a timely manner. All of my furniture was well-wrapped in blankets before loading. Nothing was broken or even scratched. On the day of unloading, they were punctual, and then made sure to place my furniture exactly where I wanted it. I liked the fact that I didn’t have to share the truck with someone else who was moving, and that it didn’t take 4-5 days for my furniture to be delivered. I highly recommend Movers Direct LLC, and would not hesitate to use them again.

They are the best movers I have ever sued, and I have moved numerous times. These movers were friendly, careful, thoughtful, and respectful. They each moved at an acceptable pace, not too fast, and not too slow, just right. The team leader was exceptional and made sure that everything moved orderly. Hire them. You can not go wrong. And I want to add that the company owners are GREAT FOLKS too; they remain on top of their employees and constantly contact you, the customer.

I can not say enough about how pleased I am with my move. These men are 10+. They were very, fast, efficient and professional. As soon as they walked in my door they went to work and they worked nonstop. I went from one upstairs apt to a 3rd floor apt. The money spent was worth every penny and more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Movers Direct for any future move you may have.

I could not be happier with this moving company. I was skeptical about all the good reviews at first since I've had many terrible moving experiences in the past, but I will never hire a different moving company again! We had a complicated move that involved 2 apartments moving cross country to a house, and the move happened so seamlessly - I couldn't believe it! Not a single item was damaged/broken/lost! No extra/hidden fees - the price quote we received up front was exactly what we were charged. The movers arrived on time and were so careful with our possessions. They were so polite and courteous - they even kept us in constant communication throughout the move, updating us about where the truck was staying overnight, etc. Christy and her team are the best in the business - highly recommend to anyone who wants a hassle-free move!

Good for the most part. Some damage to a wall getting a couch in, minor wear and tear. Super fast and efficient. Didn’t have much to move but the crew handled it really well. Very friendly and professional.

Movers Direct was a great company to work with for my move from MO to TX. I was a little skeptical at first as I hadn't heard of the company before, but everything went smoothly and NOTHING WAS BROKEN OR DAMAGED DURING THE MOVE! I've moved a few times (using different companies) and each time is seems that at least something is damaged. Movers Direct got everything here in one piece. Not only were their movers very careful with our items, but they were also very considerate of carpeting, door frames, etc within the homes. Christy was wonderful to work with - she was very easy to contact and communicate with. I also love how this company has a pick up date and drop off date and your stuff is the only stuff in the truck. I've moved using national chains before where they give you a window of 2-3 days when your things might be delivered, but with Movers Direct there was absolutely no guessing. They picked up and delivered right on schedule. I'm not going to use another moving company again!

Wonderful, we couldn’t be happier. There isn’t a grade high enough for these 3 gentlemen. We hadn’t moved in 40 years and we were really skeptical after reading online reviews of moving companies. Daniel, Chris and Frank are professional as well as personable. We just can’t praise them enough. What a company!

Fabulous! They are where they say they will be. Give updates through the move. Everything arrived in great shape. We were military for 28 years and have moved along. This is the best company we have ever used!!! Very sweet teams, a single woman or handicapped person would not need to be afraid. I'd recommend them to everyone!
