Movers Direct is an incredible company and movers Chris and Nathan were professional, respectful and polite from beginning to end of my move from Vermont to Tennessee!! They showed up on time, worked very hard, handled my furniture and belongings as if they were their own and were even careful to not harm doorways and walls of the apartment I moved from and the house I moved into. There was minor damage to a couple items and the company's owner expressed regret over the damage instead of dismissing it as part of a big move. I give an unqualified 5 star recommendation to this company and these guys!!! If I ever move again I'd use this company and would hope to get Chris and Nathan who did such an outstanding job!!

Great work, efficient courteous and skillful

They were great. They were on time and took great care of my China. They had everything done and delivered in 3 hours. Best company for moving. They were professional and pleasant.

This company is dishonest. I scheduled movers two weeks in advance and Kristy confirmed. They were supposed to show up at 8am but did not and when I called Kristy she lied by claiming she had tried to call me numerous times, texted me and left vm and then told me my vm box was full. None of that was true. I had my phone on me at all times and I did not have any texts, vm or missed calls from her. She bald faced lied. And, after all the trouble we went through to prepare for the move they were a no show. Terrible customer service and VERY dishonest. If I were Angie's List I would boot them off the site. Because of all of this I will not use Angie's List to find a provider of any kind. It cost me time and money and the provider, Movers Direct and the scheduler, Kristy are not to be trusted which makes me reluctant to use any of Angie's List providers.

Movers Direct saved us. We called the same day they were able to come out. We hired another company that was a no show. They unloaded quickly and efficiently. The guys were very polite, careful with the furniture and respectful to our belongings. Great job!!! Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend them for future work. My job took three days. They did not stop the entire time they moved us.

It was spectacular. Lamar and Ben did an outstanding job! They were professional at ALL times. They did an incredible job with a confusing situation. They made a very dreaded task for me, go much smoother than I ever anticipated. I appreciate everything they did. Extremely hard workers and very careful with everything they did. Great guys.

Everything went great! I'm terrible with names so I can't recall the names of the men, but they handled everything carefully and worked really quick. The price to hire this company/men was reasonable and they did everything professionally. I absolutely would use them again and highly recommend them!

The team from Movers Direct were fantastic. They arrived early (they texted to make sure it was ok). They packed up and loaded up my apartment. Moved to Reno, the unloading and unpacking went very well and very quickly. I appreciate the hard work and will use their service again for my future moving needs. They were great.

Their service was excellent. There staff was polite, efficient, extremely careful and more than willing to satisfy. Without a doubt, I would hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an excellent and trustworthy moving company.

Exceptional service. Could go on for hours about the overall quality of this process. The excellent customer service. The well mannered, competent, high energy, and friendly movers. How helpful and understanding these folks were during a very stressful time. But instead I will just say, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hire them again.

The men who moved my daughters large, hardwood furniture were on time and did a great job. Scheduling it was easy even during COVID. This company gave great customer service which is something you don't often see. I just cant say enough good things about this hardworking group of people. I have used 2 other moving companies previously but this was the best experience by far. No damage to anything! This furniture had large rounded mirrors, Large glass shelves and is made of zebra wood, mahogany and cedar. Not the type of stuff that can be restored or replaced easily. Thank you so much!

Thanks to Angie's List I was able to find Mover's Direct and was pleased that they were fairly local to our area(40 miles). From my first conversation with Christy and giving her details of our move she gave me everything I needed to know and what to expect on our move. The guys were right on time, courteous and professional in everything they did from the first moment they arrived. They also made suggestions that were helpful and treated all of our possessions like it was their own. There was never one ding, drop or bump on doorways out of the old residence and into the new. Moving is never an easy experience but Mover's Direct made our move far better experience. Please use Mover's Direct for your Moving needs you will be glad you did
