Description of Work: They moved a VERY heavy electric recliner from my home to a destination about 30 miles away. Our steps were treacherous, but they seemed used to doing it and were very pleasant. We wanted to have it done right away, since I had just taken my mom to an assisted living facility, and the I wanted her to feel at home. The chair was quickly placed in her room and they helped set it up. Very nice experience.

Description of Work: moved us from Islip new York to Huntsville Alabama everything went great. They were a great bunch of guys

Description of Work: The movers arrived a few minutes early. After a brief walkthrough to discuss expectations, they went to work wrapping and loading. The move included a piano and I was impressed with their knowledge and expertise in the loading/unloading of said piano.

Description of Work: I had to call and cancel them at last minute because I was coming from out of state and couldn't get there in time. I told them if they wanted they could go ahead and charge me even though they weren't going to do the job and so they did.

Description of Work: We just needed the truck unload one of the moving trucks.

Description of Work: Tthey showed up exactly on schedule, packed the furniture very well, loaded it. Only our furniture was on the truck (no sharing it with loads from other customers as a previous mover had done). They met us at the destination (2000 miles away) exactly on schedule (unlike the previous mover, who was two weeks late). They unloaded the truck quickly, helped us unpack it. Nothing was broken or missing (unlike the previous mover). They were cheerful and professional. Definitely would ask for them again.
