 + -1 moreThe technician repaired the leaks and left. I assumed there would be no charge, since they did not do a proper job in the first place. But I received a bill for $96.00. ($75.00 for service call and $21.00 for a valve). I was grieving my husband's death and didn't feel up to arguing about the bill, so I paid it. But I am very unhappy with the whole situation. I should not have been charged for a repair on what they didn't do properly in the first place.
Description of Work: Installed new pump and tank on our shallow well in July 2014. Cost: $811.00. The fittings were never properly tight, so there was a continuous leak from two joints. My husband was very ill and I was unable to tend to this. After my husband died, I called Coastal Well to come look at the leaky job. The owner came promptly, looked, and sent someone out to repair the leaks that same day.

 + -1 moreIt was after the sale that we got no responce from Jay the owners son or the owner. We wanted a hand pump added (we were to pay for the hand pump) Jay was to purchase it. Installation was included in the price of well. We still have not had a return call form them. Bad customer service after the sale.
Description of Work: We had a well installed, Opie and Seven were great.
