+ -1 moreWe called him and he came out. The heat pump wasn't able to keep up with the cold. The heat strips would come on and right off. He replaced the thermostat and it is wonderful to have it working correctly. Would recommend him to anyone. He is prompt and very good at what he does.

+ -1 moreCalled early Mon. morn., set appointment for afternoon. Lyles called ahead to let us know they were coming. Came and assessed repair, completed in approximately half hour. Professional and very reasonable pricing. Look forward to having this company evaluate our heating in the fall, and will call them for any future repairs needs.
Description of Work: Air conditioner quit on a Sunday afternoon.

+ -1 moreThe technician arrived just before the appointed time. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. He inspected unit and serviced the unit. He was able to get a replacement filter for the main unit. I would recommend this company for addressing your HVAC problems.

+ -1 moreMr. Lyles was on time and went right to work. I had some mold in the inside part of the heating unit. He cleaned and checked all parts of the heat/air equipment. He had to replace a part in the heat pump. All done in about an hour. Charged his service fee and parts. Reasonable and efficient. Came when he said. Did not have to wait an afternoon for service. He calls just before he comes.
Description of Work: Clean out mold in heating/air and check out heat pump and connections. General check up.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. He saw the water on the floor, checked the water heater and the air conditioning unit. He decided to open the unit just in case and that is when he foundthe mold.He scrubbed and vacuumed the black stuff out. He did not leave until it was cleaned. He had us leave the fan on until the stuff he put in the bottom could circulate in the ducts. It was environmentally friendly. I can't tell you how much it helped my asthma and the house smells better. He checked everything again before he left. He accepted a check.
Description of Work: We did not know it but we had a very bad mold problem in the air conditioning unit in the basement. We saw water under the air unit (we have a heat pump with air and heat). It was Sunday and we were really worried. I called three places recommended. Mr. Lyles came on a Sunday, did not charge more than a week day, and also did an excellent job of finding the mold and dealing with it. He stayed at least 3 or 4 hours cleaning. He did not charge us extra because it was Sunday. It runs well and my asthma tells me it is clean. I highly recommend this person to repair and find solutions to problems with heating and air machines.
