+ -1 moreEric Hotle performed an inspection on a home that we were looking to buy. He was very professional, and he clearly knows his trade well. The home was fairly new, so very little was flagged.. but it is the details of what he picked up on that show his thoroughness... An electrical panel screw with a pointed tip, a disconnected exhaust hose in the attic, soil line too close to the siding, a retaining wall rail that was too short, and a drain that was draining slow. We ended up buying the home, and have owned if for over two years now... so we know the inspection didn't miss anything.
Description of Work: Performed a home inspection before we purchased a home.
