+ -1 moreCame out to examine problem in order to give us an estimate. Never called back and would not return messages. Poor professionalism -showed up for estimate late too. NEVER will call again or rec to others.
Description of Work: needed new a/c unit installed and new duct work for entire underneath house and moisture guard installed

You can trust that he will not charge any more than necessary and; he will go over what he estimates the job will cost so that there are no surprises. Description of Work: Doug Allen of C&A has been servicing all our units for as long as he has been in business 20+ years. We own a small shopping center here in Toccoa and had somebody tear up a number of our units for the copper. We called Doug and he came right out and assessed the loss and; since we had businesses in a terrible mess, Doug and his men came out and helped to clear up the pieces left behind so that the area would be ready for the new units.The minute the A/Cs arrived, they started to install them so that no business was inconvenienced any longer than necessary. When they have to go inside to work on our A/C, they always clean up anything that is left over and leave the area in very good condition. They even sweep up the area. We have NEVER had a complaint from any of our tenants. Also, we have had to call C&A when our A/C at home went on the fritz. Doug or one of his employees come out with great turnarounds. They are always pleasant and polite. Their prices are very good, as is the quality of work.

+ 0 moreDoug and Josh were GREAT to work with. I have had several heat and air services look at heat pumps over the last few years. C and A has always been the cheapest and most professional. I actually had one guy get loud with me because I didn't like his prices. Doug worked with me on a few time constraints and was a day early and 50.00 under budget!!!!! Cand A installed a new heat pump (inside and outside + thermostat) for 1850.00. I would highly recommend them to anyone and be more than willing to put my name on that recommendation. Thanks guys for being one of the first companies that I can recommend in Toccoa in 4 years. -James
Description of Work: Installation of new heat pump. Inside and out side unit with thermostat. The swap took about 2 hours and they were clean.
