He was slow at best and his estimate of 50,000 to 55,000 grew to over 80,000 and he kept giving me a sob story about how things had to be done a certain way and that was costing more.
Description of Work: He was contracted to build me a steel building 40 ft x 60 feet with office, oil pit, electric and all plumbing.
