+ -1 moreWork was done satisfactorily. They had to make two visits to complete the work. The first visit was to determine that the faucet could not be repaired because of age and difficulty in finding parts to repair. We then bought the faucet and they made a second trip to do the installation. Total cost to replace the faucet was $179.00.
Description of Work: Replaced a kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: My wife and I purchased a foreclosed home with plumbing issues. Rick was professional and answered my questions and explained what he and his apprentice were doing. They went through a checklist I forwarded and worked down the list. Rich also found the disposal was improperly installed and wired. He corrected that issue, along with leaky faucets, problems with the water heater, including rerouting the pressure relief line from under the house. Rick said if there were any other problems, give the office a call. I found a leaky line we missed and called the office. Rick was out within a few hours and had it repaired in a few minutes. The price was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Central Plumbing for any work needed.

+ -1 moreWe had a leak and wanted them to give an estimate, they were very professional and courteous. Even though the leaked turned out to be something we needed to call someone else for they didn't try just making money off of us. They were honest. We will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Water pipe from city water burst on my side of the street and was gushing water. Central plumbing was called that day and responded on the same day. Fixed the broken pipe and cleaned up the mess.

+ 0 moreDidn't really explain what he was going to do or what he was doing. The actual unclogging went ok. I pay them and they leave. After they leave I discovered that they had broken my water hose mount/holder from off of the side of my house and left my house on the ground. I'm not sure why they broke it (maybe to communicate with each other through the vents, then why not just take the hose off and put it back afterwards?) and why they didn't tell me that they broke it even if it was an accident. Also, why was it not deducted from my bill? They damaged my property, accident or not, it should've been deducted from the bill for me to replace it. Not very professional in my view.
