Very nice on the phone and always do a great job.

There are TONS of choices in Augusta for trash pick up and when we moved from Oklahoma this fall I called EVERY one of them and was forced to leave messages. Southern Waste Disposal was the ONLY company that actually answered my phone call and the lady on the other end of the line was so sweet and kind. As you might imagine, after a cross country move (we are military) in the middle of the school year the last thing I needed was a difficult time setting up trash pick up. I was SOLD! On two earlier occasions I had forgotten to put my trash can out and the gentleman on the back of the truck walked up our ridiculously steep hill to empty it for me. Well, this morning I forgot to put it out and was driving away to take my daughter to school. I realized it and pulled over to put out the trash can. Not only were they friendly and patiently waited for me to go get it, but they helped me take it down the hill. The driver even told me to and quot;be careful on that hill because it is too slipperyand quot;. I've had such poor customer service with trash pick up before we moved to Augusta that I had lost faith in customer service at all! I has been completely restored! I HIGHLY recommend this trash service. You won't be sorry!
