We have used this company for a long time and even to do a yearly service on one of our homes, this job was for a new project, these guys that they have to come out, would not know how to read a floor plan, but they do know how to add more square footage to a floor plan than less. Now they have a 200 gal tank on their truck, so the person that came DID NOT have a full tank, so they fill it less than halfway so when they get to the job site, they can fill the 200 gallons with the home owners or a job site they are at. So now the homeowner or the job site, owner or builder pays the water bill, plus their fees. Now they have more than one truck with a 200 gallon water tank, so how much water bill are they saving when they use other peoples water?

I live in an apartment complex, so I have NO choice about who does our pest control. We use to have a sweet lady who came inside every other month. Now we have a man named Al. I work night shift and was asleep when he came inside today. I woke up to find my baby chiweenie missing & a note stating they had been inside my apartment today. I called my apartment complex office, Astro, the vets office & the Humane Society. Luckily, while out searching for her she turned up back on my doorstep. When I called Astros back to let them know she had been found, the unidentified male didn't say he was glad my dog was safe. The man preceded to rudely tell me how it was impossible in 44 years they let an animal out. After being hung up on, I attempted to call back & they picked up the phone & hung it up. I had a neighbor tell me the same pest control man let their cat a while back. I'd rather have bugs than deal with this unprofessional place.

They sprayed a wasp nest and left it, no follow up. Now instead of one nest there are 6. Rude and unprofessional, never did back yard as was suppose to

They answered all questions. Came when they said they would and provided excellent service. Will definitely use them again.

They are very professional, and very friendly. The quality and results of their work are great. I have a contract with them.

I would use them again in the future if needed.

We developed mold across the beams in the crawl space of our house. Bubba said they needed to close if off with plastic and dry it out. They said mold would die. But mold goes dormant. I've been sick for 3 yrs.

We were not at home when inspection completed. Had the opportunity to schedule an appointment, however.

They work better, I used a well known national chain company before but they were not getting rid of the insects. Astro came out once and they were all gone.

We are on a monthly service with them. We still use them. I can call them whenever and they still come out and spray inside and outside if I want them to.

They have always been very prompt and professional. They come bi-monthly and keep down the ants and insects. We have had to call them in between scheduled appointments and they came right out and took care of the problem.

Their service works; it is effective. Whenever we have a problem they are good about coming back out. They are punctual, but sometimes they make the appointment at the last minute with me. They are professional.

They always let you know when they are coming so you know when to expect them. I have been using them for several years and will continue to use their services in the future for our pest control.

They have been in Valdosta for years. They are very professional. Their prices are reasonable. The only problem I have is that they are supposed to call and tell me that they are coming and they don't always call me. They need to notify me that they are coming.

I just started working with them but they seem really good so far. They are reasonable.

They let me know what types of bugs come around and how to prevent them from coming around. They also explained how often I need to have my house sprayed. They answered all the questions I had.

Their service was given to me as a gift. They are really good. They give you an initial inspection to see what you may have issues with. They show you any problem areas and then they go ahead and treat. They treat for different things like bugs, mice or termites. Then they follow through. Usually they recommend a year long process and then they back up. Once you had termite damage and they clear your termites, any further damage that may be created by termites, they will actually fix for you. They were recommended by a number of people.

They did fine. I am satisfied with them. There’s a lady that comes out. She’s a lovely lady and I like her a lot. She sprays and if I go around, every once in a while there’s a thing which she skips because she does not ordinarily do them for other people. I like her a whole lot. If I have any bugs problem and if I call her, she’s here. I don’t have any bug problems anymore. She does a good job. I’ve been using them for years. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.
