A P CUSTOM GLASS

Austin (owner of business) came over on May 15th and took measurements (had to come back a week later and do another measurement he had forgotten the first time). He never made any effort to keep me informed during the 21 days we supposedly were doing business. I had to call him every time and after almost 2 weeks he gave me a line about either him or some lady he was working with in Arkansas (for Alumax) had dropped the ball and that even though he had picked up the actual door, that the panel order hadn't been placed. Then later the same day he told me he had now placed the order for the panel and would come over Monday and install the door side. Well I didn't hear from him at all on Monday and when I called him today he said he had put a freeze on the order until he researched how to drill through glass tile (that should have been my first red flag. So don't waste your time, it obviously was all total BS and Austin does not do what he says he'll do and is not a professional. He wasted 3 weeks of my time and I'm just praying he'll return my $500 deposit without legal action. So now I have to start allover but hopefully will find a professional and a man of his word this time around.
