Description of Work: Our initial estimate and service was great, albeit with bad news (needed to replace a coil). However the service guy did a great job of explaining our options and the steps involved, and were able to fit us in pronto for the full repair. For the actual repair, the guy (different from initial service) showed up on time and went straight to work. Unfortunately he had brought with him the wrong size coil, and needed to drive back to the shop to get the correct size. He was gone for 2 hours in the middle of the repair in order to do that. I'm glad he was able to get the correct part and finish the job that day, but it was irritating, especially with no update/call while he was gone. Outside of that though, great company and so far so good on the repair.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal for RWHA to come inspect our AC unit, as well as replace the filter. Our house is new to us (a short sale) and we were unsurer when the last maintenance was performed... if ever. | |Robby called on his way to our house and arrived on time, both to the appointment and his verbally estimated arrival. He let me know that the filter indoors looked new; rather than replace it unnecessarily, he left it for us for later in the year. (Very kind!) After inspecting the unit outside, he explained which aspects of the neccesary maintenance that obviously had not been done in years. He also let me know which things needed immediate attention and which we could put off until a later date. Robby had the parts on the truck with him and was able to immediately perform the maintenance I opted to pursue. | |Overall, he was quite professional and kind. I appreciated that there was no pressure to have certain services done; he gave me a full range of options and information, then let me choose what was best for our household at this date. We will absolutely use R Wiley Heating & Air for our annual AC maintenance from here on out.

Description of Work: I purchased diagnostics/inspection of 3 air conditioning units. Technician checked all units, changed filters and when checking the outside units found parts that required replacement. He replaced the non-working parts and I decided that I would take the twice a year service contract for my heating and have air units. If I would have decided not to replace the air conditioner parts my units would stop working and they would have to be replaced which would have been a huge expense.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $35.00 for an early bird A/C tune-up including a new filter. The service turned out fine.

Description of Work: We bought a deal to get our AC serviced for the warmer months. The day that we had scheduled was rainy and cold. I called them concerned that they wouldn't be able to check the AC due to the cold weather and the CS rep said that it would need to be over 60 degrees I think. It was around there. When I called it was close to the cut off of being too cold. When the AC guys got here, they were planning on servicing the unit even though it was in the 50's at that point. I had to be the one to say that it would not be a good idea to do it that day and he agreed when I told him what the CS rep had told me. They came back a week later when it was warmer. They told me that our downstairs unit needed replacing asap. It's still working ok right now.

Description of Work: Cleaned two a/c units and replaced a part that had burnt out. They were very upfront about what had to be done to the units and kept to the quoted price. I will use them again in the future!
