Mr. Wiley was very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: The worker was very late to the appointment. Basically I spent $40 for someone to tell me what I already know, that my AC does not work very well. However, he did diagnose the issue and gave a cost estimate, which was definitely on the expensive side. I will not use their services again, and I will definitely not be duped again by a "special" that is essentially a waste of money.

Description of Work: I purchased the 20 point inspection for $39 through Angie's List, but before I scheduled the appointment my AC quit cooling. It took five days to get service; called Monday and scheduled for Saturday. The capacitor was replaced for an additional $125, on top of the $39 I already paid, but I don't feel like the complete 20-point inspection was performed per the list of items to be checked provided via email. So I feel like I paid $164 for a dual-purpose capacitor. Previously had the same problem and paid $109 for a single-purpose capacitor. But I am happy to have AC again since it's July in Georgia. Mr. Wiley was on time, very professional, explained a few things about the system and completed the work quickly.
