Description of Work: Robby, the owner, was very professional. He replaced capacitor cables. We are going to use Wiley for regular maintenance-impressed with his knowledge- he didn't press to do specific things, explained well. Overall an excellent experience!

The service tech did come out and charged approximately $400.00 on top of the two 39.00 vouchers to check air conditioner unit and HVAC unit.

He even went above and beyond his call of duty to investigate a small problem which was causing a noise. Was very grateful as I do not hear that noise anymore coming from the a/c vent!! Great service, and it was a breeze using Angie's List to find this provider.

Mr. Wiley informed me of work that needed to be done before too long and did not push me to do it immediately as AC season is pretty much over for this year. I was so impressed with him that I signed up for annual checkups and had him check out my heating system while he was there. He will do the AC system work in the spring. He is super nice and very thorough.

Description of Work: It was difficult to understand his accent over phone, I thought I was paying certain amount, but did not realize total cost was about double, because of miscommunication over the phone.

Description of Work: Replaced a part that was burned out on the AC unit. Said they wouldn't be able to come for 5 days. However, they were able to swing by our house the end of the next day and repair the unit. Also, purchased a visit to have our furnace checked out this Fall/Winter.

My wife and I were impressed enough with the professionalism and the personalities of the father-son providers that we also signed on for a maintenance contract through the fall of 2015, which accounts for slightly over half of the cost cited.

Mr. Whiley came to do the work himself along with his son. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them wholeheartedly! A team you can trust!
