We offer FREE ESTIMATES on installations only and financing options including 18 months same as cash on all equipment and 60 months same as cash for certain equipment. We provide services to residential and small commercial customers. I have been in the industry for 30 years and enjoy helping my customers maintain their equipment and overcome issues with their equipment. I will work with you and offer recommendations based on your needs. I will make myself available to answer questions you may have without requiring a service call, again I enjoy what I do.

I was pleased.
Description of Work: The tech was very nice. He arrived promptly and performed the service as described. He didn't have a filter to fit my unit but was able to use a standard one that worked just as well.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Professional appearance. |AngiesList.com deal $39 Additional charges for repairs ~$130. |Tech quoted the cost of the part being replaced at $100. I found the part available locally for $30. On Ebay.com for less. |I inquired about the damper installed on the main unit because there was a problem distributing heat and AC evenly throughout the home. The technician moved the damper to a position that I had informed the tech that the labeling may or may not be accurate. He did not evaluate the airflow / return through out the home. Unit seemed to work harder in new position / heat and AC did not seem to transfer any better. |Overpriced replacement parts. |I don't anticipate using them in the future.

I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with your service. However, after looking over the invoice, there are discrepancies versus the comments in the review. It was recommended that an electronic damper system would be the best option to regulate the temperature from upstairs to downstairs. The manual dampers that are installed are problematic in most cases. The parts can be found on the Internet at the prices mentioned, but that does not include scheduled delivery by a trained technician, that diagnoses the problem, and provides an exact replacement part. 1 last thing that wasn't included in the review was the fact that in that price, the heat strips were found to be installed incorrectly, hanging by 1 screw and the breakers to those heat strips were installed in the wrong location. All of that was corrected during the visit.
