Description of Work: They were supposed to meet me between 11 and 1, I called at 1:00 and was told the tech was running late. It was after 5:00 when he showed up, he never called to give update.

Description of Work: Services all heating and air conditioning units. Fixed problems. Gave useful information. I liked him well enough to enter into a service contract.

Description of Work: I purchased a $39 coupon through Angie for a AC system tune-up . I knew I had some issues with my AC but had concerns about being ripped off. The service tech called me in advance with his eta and arrived as such. He looked over everything and noticed a few issues consistent with my concerns. ( Note: i did not reveal my concerns in advance). In the end, i replaced the Contactor , filter, charged the system w/freon( quoted at $75lb) and leak seal. Total bill was over $600!!! I asked every possible question I could think of to ensure I was getting what was needed and to understand the fees. At the end of the day, like most of these type of services, you pay a great deal towards manpower, convenience and "cost of doing business". My tech seemed honest and offered a rational explanation for my bill can live with. I haven't had any issues since the repair and am covered by a thirty day service warranty.

After looking at our system, he gave us honest answers regarding the options of repairing versus replacing our system, the pros and cons of each, and the approximate prices. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable with him and will use this company again.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal for a AC tune-up. The technician called me ahead of time to let me know when he would get there. He arrived on time and performed his inspection. He informed me of some potential problems that could come up and offered to take care of them while there. I never felt pressured and he even took care of a small problem for free. I would recommend his services in the future.

Description of Work: When I went to turn my AC on this April, the outside fan worked but there was no air blowing inside my condo. I had one service provider tell me the entire system was shot and gave me a quote for $5,000 to replace the entire unit. I decided to get another quote. | |Today, Leonard from R.Wiley came out to check my AC unit. He was extremely professional and took his time diagnosing the unit. He concluded that both the AC and Heat worked, but the thermostat wasn't matching up. He then spent about 20 minutes playing with my thermostat, resetting the system and eventually looking at the wires. | |It turns out, one of the wires on the thermostat was loose, resulting in the mix up. He then tested both the heat and air and got them both to work. | |I now have AC for the first time all summer (a biggie for GA)! Leonard and I made an agreement that if I paid for a Spring and Fall maintenance package (needed anyway as my unit is old) I wouldn't have to pay for this visit. | |I appreciate how professional Leonard was and how he actually got the job done. | |I would absolutely recommend Leonard and R.Wiley to anyone!

Description of Work: Per formed annual maintenance for AC. Very thorough, needed to flush 2 compressors from dust and debris. Top notch!

Description of Work: Very informative. Robert was very helpful and patient in showing and explaining the workings of the unit and why certain services need to, or should be done, without overselling. Also explained things we could do ourselves to save money. He isn't the least expensive but not the most and his tips will definitely save us money down the road so it all worked out. Very nice guy and will use his company again.

Description of Work: I had a furnace tune up done. He was on time, didn't rush, was thorough. I liked that it is a very small business and the owner was the one who came out. I'll be using him in the future.
