Description of Work: They checked my HVAC unit. Very personable and professional. I feel very comfortable in giving them the highest rating and would feel equally as comfortable recommending them to others.

Description of Work: They replaced a rusted part on a/c unit and cleaned all the coils (very, very thoroughly) Technician took his time and did an excellent job. Very clean - always wore booties when walking through home. Very courteous and professional. The experience was just wonderful. I would certainly only use them again.

Description of Work: Purchased the $49 tune up deal that came with the 1lb of refrigerant. This was a good move because I needed some refrigerant. The bad part was based on prior service I knew there was a slow leak. The tech recommended a leak stop treatment since it was such a slow leak (which would most likely fix it). I purchased it and he did the work. He was very frank about what he saw and didn't bother trying to say it perfectly (which I preferred, actually). Everything ended up great. AC works just fine and was happy I chose them. A couple of things that stood out about the visit. | | - He pointed out that the air filter was the incorrect size. (I was using the size the previous AC company used, which was too small apparently). Now I know why there was a gap after I replaced the filters.... | | - We got into a conversation about a hive in a tree a couple houses down. He mentioned it sounded like hornets, and that I might want to let the neighbors know. After leaving I received a phone call, from him, saying that yes it was in fact hornets and it was a live nest, so definitely tell the neighbors in case they didn't know it already! Just thought that was a careful attention to detail and a very nice touch on the whole visit. | |Thanks again. I'll definitely use these guys again in the future.

Description of Work: I asked Wiley to come to my home. He was professional and knowledgeable but we are not ready to commit to the job at this time.

Description of Work: Oh I have used them before; they are through when checking my air cond and don't make up "fake problems" to get money. They showed me the issues that needed repair and the wear on the parts. No problems!

Description of Work: A/C Tune up. We were very pleased all around with RWiley Heating and Air and will use them again when needed.

Description of Work: Did an initial examination of the unit and said it was installed improperly and said would need the ducts replaced and estimated the cost to do the job $2700. I didn't let him touch my New unit, but called GA Air Contractors who agreed that the HVAC unit was installed vertical and simply needed coil replacement and laid the unit correctly @ the cost of $1200, saving me $1500 from an Angie's List recommendation.

Description of Work: The man who came out did a great job. He encouraged me to stay and watch, and he explained everything he was doing. I looked up possible causes for the problem ahead of time, and it turns out that one of the causes I read about was exactly what was wrong. He did the job quickly and I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan too along with paying for the part that was needed. (There was no pressure to do this though.) He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like this company is honest and dependable and I will trust them to service my air conditioner in the future. Thanks so much!!

Description of Work: They checked out my a/c told me I needed a capacitor for my 2-1/2 year old a/c..tech was professional and I went ahead with it.. still not sure but it was preventive. Was performed last year late spring. Though I am going to get a summer special this year, don't think I am going to use the company.
