Description of Work: They give you honest answers to your HVAC needs without making you feel like you are being sold that which you do not need. They were attentive and professional. I will use them when the day comes to replace my HVAC or when I need future servicing.

Description of Work: They cleaned the A/C unit. The unit was not working the next day because of a kinked electrical wire. They came out immediately and fixed the issue.

Description of Work: It went great. The only reason on the B for punctuality is due to the job before mine, being a lot larger then told. So no fault of their own. I also had them come back for an emergency for another unit I had. Both times they were wonderful. Very nice, seemed to know all about the problem, made recommendations that I asked for and great. Will be using them in the future if needed and have already gave their name to a few friends, just in case.

Description of Work: He added Freon to my a/c unit and thoroughly serviced my unit. |I was very pleased and will use him again in the future if needed.

Description of Work: They 1st did the inspection of the furnace inside, changed the filter and then inspected the A/C unit outside as read in the A/C ck-up that I had purchased from Angie's List. It turned out my air had completed shut down three days after I had made my appt. It was totally out of Freon so they had to add over 3.25 lbs which I rec'd my 1lb as part of the package. They also cleaned the coils and before adding the Freon put something in there to stop the Freon from leaking out again. There was also something else that had to be replaced that blew and he showed me the part and I could tell it was damaged. Although it was more than I was looking to pay at the time, It was well worth getting my air up and running. The technician was very informative and let me know step by step before he did anything to the unit. He knew his stuff when it came to fixing the unit. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their A/C worked on that's for sure. Definitely a reliable Company! Thanks again, Janine

Description of Work: There was a part on my second A/C unit that was tested and found to be on the lower scale of acceptance. As long as the guys were here, I said, heck..just fix it so it will not require a return in the near future. The guys (father and son) were VERY professional, polite and knowledgeable..and not expensive. This was a perfect bullseye for me...COMPLETELY SATISFIED !!!
