Super Service Award Winner for 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, and 2013 | HVAC Contractor | Owner Operated by Robby Wiley | We are a local Heating and Air Conditioning company in the metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. We offer FREE ESTIMATES on installations only and financing options including 18 months same as cash on all equipment and 60 months same as cash for certain equipment. We provide services to residential and small commercial customers. I have been in the industry for 30 years and enjoy helping my customers maintain their equipment and overcome issues with their equipment. I will work with you and offer recommendations based on your needs. I will make myself available to answer questions you may have without requiring a service call, again I enjoy what I do.

Description of Work: Wiley is mainly run by two people. They came out to the house and told me how I can fix the issue myself. I was able to replace the drain pipe coming out of the Unit in the attic. They gave me a lot of other helpful tips.

Customer's service was done 6/15. The unit had a freon leak and we recommended leak seal to fix the leak. It is not our practice nor has it ever been to use high pressure sales tactics. We offer the customers solutions and pricing. Ultimately it is their decision on what repairs to make. We even gave the customer an additional discount on top of the Angie's list discount.

Response from R Wiley Heating & Air
Customer refused to pay for the tune up after agreeing to the additional $39 for 2nd unit when scheduling her visit. According to the service invoice coils on both units were dirty and needed cleaned, capacitors on both units were bad and the contactor on the upstairs unit had been arcing and was burned and needed to be replaced. She was quoted a price and she declined the services and refused to pay for what we had already done, offering no explanation. We have tried reaching out to the customer with no response.
