Repair was done successfully but cost was outrageous

Not happy with the pricing and time it took to do the job. Should have spent more and should have charged me less for the wash.

It was a closed down property and he got it up and running in 15/20 minutes Great job!

Repair was done efficiently. Information and tips regarding upkeep were given.

They had to come out twice but in the end helped me rectify the additional problems with my unit. Very helpful.

Everything seemed to be fine and working as expected (after nearly $400 in repairs). However, two weeks later the unit stopped working again. I have been calling R Wiley since that time but they will not answer the phone nor return my voicemail messages.

The technician called ahead. He arrived on time and perform the A/C check on two systems. He provided a written report with recommendation services/repairs on each of the findings.

They were very cool. Now my family and I are very cool! I would definitely hire them again. As a matter of fact, I am going to call them now to do A/C maintenance on my Mom's house. As for more detail... they troubleshot a compressor, replacing a capacitor, added freon, and cleaned the units. They were EXTREMELY responsive when I called, arrived exactly when they said they would, and kept me apprised of all costs (and made sure I approved).

The technician arrived on-time, was professionally attired and polite. He performed the requested maintenance service on both systems, and offered some guidance and insight on matters that needed further attention at the completion of the service. He left two (2) replacement filters, since I already had some in-stock. I will schedule a fall maintenance service, with them later this year.

They're a good small company to work with. They are helpful and informative, professional, knowledgeable.

The technician was timely and professional. He performed an inspection (with recommendations) and a filter replacement, but no cleaning/tuning. I felt that the recommended work estimates resulting from the inspection were significantly over-priced. I subsequently engaged another A/C service provider who came out on the same day and rendered a similar inspection and recommendations priced at about 60% of the estimate rendered by Wiley. (I did not advise the 2nd provider that my system had already been inspected.) I then accepted this 2nd provider's estimate for the recommended services. He completed the work that same evening and my A/C has performed like a champion since. Overall, I felt that this "Deal" was a low-ball loss-leader designed to rope the customer into over-priced services.

The service was great. He's on time. he check the freeon and he went under and checked the filter and everything. I asked if his company could change vents in home.

Good. Also replaced filter and capisitor and checked freon.

The service was great. Tyler and Cody showed up ready to work during the window promised. All of my questions were answered, and I was provided additional options on the repairs needed and benefits of getting a maintenance agreement. Will be working with them in the near future for maintenance and repairs. Appreciate the honesty!
