Description of Work: Fixed a problem with my furnace not working on one of the worst days of the year! I probably would have still been without heat even after the call if it wasn't for the experienced tech that had seen the issue before. Good job well done!

Description of Work: My unit wasn't working correctly, it would quit warming when it would get really cold, they found a very small freon leak, fixed it. I had them service my two units, signed a service agreement. They call you to remind you that it's time for service. They change the filters, clean the units, show me when a part isn't reading correctly on a tester, and ask if I would like it replaced. Rather than telling me I need a whole new unit, like I was previously told by Ragsdale. Every one that I see that calls Ragsdale, needs a new unit.. my unit is fine and is working like a charm, since RWILEY fixed it and has now serviced it twice. I highly recommend RWILEY.

Description of Work: Technician was on time and friendly. Got to the root of the problem very quickly. However tried to sell me a part that cost $200 elsewhere for $675. Told me it is a special part and he would need to take apart the capacitors on the board and put in new ones since they don't make the same board anymore. Called another company technician came out and had the part put in at half the cost in nearly 5 minutes.

Description of Work: I called R Wiley for a routine check up for my heat-pump. Mysteriously my motor needed to be replaced. I do not think anything was wrong with my fan motor in retro spec. Mr. Wiley insured me that the motor was going to go bad and I didn't want to get stuck with a Bad fan motor. Trying to stay proactive, I agreed to have the fan motor replaced. Later on as the weather change, my heat pump would not initiate alternate heat below 40° I have a Nest learning thermostat in which Mr Wiley claimed to be an expert in servicing. I decided to give him a second chance in assisting me with my alternate heat problem and the nest Learning thermostat not initiating heat. I called RWiley to come and take a look at the problem. After two days, I finally received a call back. After talking to Mr Wiley he agreed to research and call Nest and find out what the problem was and he would call me back; I never heard from him again. After doing my own research I found out that I needed a common wire installed which should have been in his scope of work. The nest payed for the install and had a Certified Nest Pro come out to install the common wire. |That is Real customer service .
