We offer FREE ESTIMATES on installations only and financing options including 18 months same as cash on all equipment and 60 months same as cash for certain equipment. We provide services to residential and small commercial customers. I have been in the industry for 30 years and enjoy helping my customers maintain their equipment and overcome issues with their equipment. I will work with you and offer recommendations based on your needs. I will make myself available to answer questions you may have without requiring a service call, again I enjoy what I do.

Description of Work: On time, professional and informative. The $100.00 above the $39.00 special for the cleaning of the outside coils seemed to be a needed thing to maintain the life of the unit as described by the technician. I'm sure the cleaning is a necessity but most choose not to have this preformed, "but" because of the genuine personality of this tech and the professionalism exercised I felt comfortable knowing it was monies well spent. Thanks a bunch R Whiley, look forward to the next service call.

Description of Work: AC tune-up. Transformer and capacitor were completely burnt out and the whole system was probably about to crash, so I'm glad I scheduled before it got hot. Service tech did a great job of showing me what the issues were and explaining what needed to be done. Repairs were done quickly on the same visit.

Description of Work: We had a new split system AC unit put into our new townhouse. R Wiley is honest, punctual, quick and totally reliable. They treat your house how they would treat their own. We got three quotes for the work and R Wiley was the least expensive and we just really liked their approach to doing business. Great decision. The bigger companies took longer to give quotes and inflated the prices. These guys are awesome.
