Super Service Award Winner for 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, and 2013 | HVAC Contractor | Owner Operated by Robby Wiley | We are a local Heating and Air Conditioning company in the metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. We offer FREE ESTIMATES on installations only and financing options including 18 months same as cash on all equipment and 60 months same as cash for certain equipment. We provide services to residential and small commercial customers. I have been in the industry for 30 years and enjoy helping my customers maintain their equipment and overcome issues with their equipment. I will work with you and offer recommendations based on your needs. I will make myself available to answer questions you may have without requiring a service call, again I enjoy what I do.

Response from R Wiley Heating & Air
We went to customer's location several times on a previous coupon and was not able to service due to tenant not being there when they scheduled the appointment also customer only purchased one certificate and there were two units. Upon trying to get clarification, customer never returned call. After trying to avert any of the same problems this time, customer was not cooperative so we asked that they have the coupon transferred to another company or that they receive a refund from Angie's List. We do our best to make each experience a positive one with each customer we come into contact with but unfortunately sometimes a relationship with a customer is not a good fit.

Description of Work: we had to reschedule because of a miscommunication on their part and the reschedule needed to be rescheduled because of a glitch on our part. I called the tech and asked for a reschedule; never returned call. |and on my messages the woman who took the schedules chastised me because their techs could not wait around for me and their time was valuable. I apologized on the techs message I had sent him; no re call...Lost the 138.

Description of Work: Check and tune up of two HVAC systems. The A/C tech that arrived (his name escapes me right now) was great in explaining what he was doing and if anything else was needed. Description of Work: The service man was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some good tips on how to maintain the unit and suggested a service contract. I did not experience this as "selling me something". It was a logical step to take so I would not get into trouble with my unit (which has happened before, b/c I did not have it cleaned on time. Mea culpa!) |I can really recommend this company!

Description of Work: They did an air conditioning tune up, checked out system for efficiency and installed the air conditioner filter that we provided. Our HVAC system was checked and the tech made recommendations as to what would need to be done in the future. They offered us a yearly contract and the price is reasonable. The tech was very informative and professional.
