Overall very satisfied with Mr. Wiley and his son. Very professional and knowledgeable. Only hiccup was a part was not put back in the HVAC systems that causes them to run. However, Mr. Wiley was back at our house within a few hours and it was easily taken care of.

The company came out for a tuneup. He showed me how many things were during in my unit, which is 12 years old. He said if we replace these items we could prolong out ac unit. Which probably need to be replace in the next 5 years. But the house is cool.

Everything was fine except this: I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for my three A/C systems, which was supposed to include "Complete 18-point A/C tune-up, clean & check for one system" However, the technician said that no cleaning was included, only checking. He wanted another $225 to clean the coils. I didn't get the "Big Deal" that I thought i was getting.

I signed up with them for my next two checkups. They were very professional, polite, on time and prompt about setting up a date.

Very informative and knowledgable. Took time to explain the workings of the system to me. Gave us the news that we wanted to hear, that our system looked fine..........and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I appreciate honesty, especially in today's cut throat world. Thank you.

They did a fine job. They arrived on time after having to reschedule and went directly to work. They called and said I would need a pound of freon due to a leak. This cost roughly 60 dollars, making the total cost around 90 dollars. Overall, I was happy.

It went well. They did what we asked, which was to check our air conditioner. It was a good price and he was efficient.

We were a little worried that with the start of the summer that it would take a while to get him out. We got him scheduled within a week however. The tune-up was quick. We knew that one unit wasn't cooling well. He suggested two possible solutions. The first would be to put in sealant (to plug whatever small leak there might be) and then fill it with more freon. He said that this worked 95% of the time. The other option was for him to open up the unit and?here's where it got a bit confusing?repair the coil. He said that when he took that route, there was a 95% chance that we would have to replace the whole unit. I wouldn't be surprised if we misunderstood him on this, but it seemed a ludicrous option to offer. In any case, we didn't have him do the repairs as we could hand it off to our home warranty.

Great experience! I would use RWiley again! We had to reschedule the appointment due to weather (it was too cold to do the A/C units) and they did a great job following up with me when the weather got warmer. They were prompt, called ahead and professional. They did the check ups/tunes up on all 3 A/C units and changed our filters (they used our filters since we don't use regular ones). They even went up to our attic that is only accessible via a ladder and replaced the filter to one of our units. They found one of our coils was clogged/needed cleaning and gave us an estimate and performed the work.

The technician wrote a very detailed report for me to help with getting the original installer to see the flaws and errors in the install.

Scott kept me updated in his whereabouts. He got here 30 minutes late due to Atlanta traffic but let me know ahead of time that he was running late. Overall he was knowledgeable and fixed my A/C unit the least expensive way.

The experience was good, Scott was polite and as mentioned, professional, and he cleaned out some pine straw debris that was in the unit itself which I wanted as the fan is really heavy. I would recommend the company.

The work was not performed!

My outdoor HVAC unit had a seized motor. R. Wiley replaced the motor for a cost of $450 all inclusive. They did respond the day I called and called to say they were running behind once. They did a very good job of making sure the installation was done correctly ensuring wires would out of the way and the fan was balanced after installation. They cleaned up the scraps from strapping so very professional with their service. The cost of $450 struck me as high but I was informed mid-repair of the price. I have done some research on-line since and found that it was high compared to what most people say it should cost. Here's an example of what I found: With our air conditioner fan replacement guide, you can do it yourself and save. The typical cost for an hvac service company to perform this task would be over $200. So based on the research I'm not sure that I paid a fair price.

I purchased a "tune-up" certificate for both my heating and air conditioning on March 21, 2013. I called first, getting Mr. Wiley's cell phone and leaving a message but he didn't return my call. After a few days, I sent him an e-mail, which was bounced back because his mailbox was full. I tried again a few days later and was finally able to talk to him directly. He said he hadn't used Angie's list before and was overwhelmed by the response. When I told him that my air conditioner was actually not working at this point, he moved me up to the following Monday (3 days away), April 16th, and told me the time he'd arrive and that someone would call ahead. He was very pleasant and friendly and apologized for the delay. When the crew arrived, they determined that something was very wrong and they began to diagnosis problem areas. It became evident, however, that the problem was major and would require replacement of the heat pump. Mr. Wiley spoke with my husband, explaining the specific problem and answering all questions patiently and clearly. They agreed that it was not out of the ordinary for the heat pump to die at it's age (@ 15 years). While the actual repairs took most of the day, their work was streamlined and no time was wasted. Mr. Wiley (owner) was present as needed throughout the day. All along the way, discounts were offered for each of the items and services made. An effort was made to provide the best quality at the best price. A maintenance plan was offered and accepted at a $35 discount because I was an Angie's List member. After the installation of the heat pump it was determined that there was a damaged orifice (inside the house) which was blocking air flow from the air conditioner. The crew made an effort to find a replacement which would work well and not cost an excessive amount of money. When they were done they took all trash, cartons and dirty filters with them. We were very pleased with the work ethic demonstrated and the pleasant and courteous manner which all the R Wiley workers demonstrated.

We discussed other projects that I would like done and I recieved estimates on them.

Mr. Wiley showed up on time and walked me through my entire cooling system. He found some faulty parts and gave me a clear picture of why i needed to fix them now vs. later (life of the unit etc). I was super impressed with his knowledge and the customer service he provided was beyond reproach. He also took the time to help track down and fix the "hum" my wife and I have had in the hvac system since we bought the house. I cannot speak more highly of this man and his business.

The guy from R. Wiley Heating & Air was very friendly, prompt, and on time. I was busy with a lot of other things at the time, so I was with him, but not fully there. I think people should be careful of additional charges. I thought the capacitor's price was a little steep. I would probably use them again, but I would watch them.

They service was all good. They were professional and competitive. They did the work on time. They were very good. It was a good experience.

He did an excellent job and he was very thorough. He explained what he was doing.

Robby arived on time & proceeded to do the annual inspection & maintenance. Work was done in a timely manner& done very professionally. met & exceded expectations.
