They cleaned and checked the HVAC systems. While they were here, they also found that 2 capacitors and a contactor on the A/C compressors that were in need of replacement, which is a pretty common thing to have HVAC companies tell you need to have repaired. The prices they quoted me for the capacitors were actually less than I had been quoted for capacitors from other HVAC companies, and since they were on the compressors, I had them do it. (I could actually replace the capacitors on the blowers myself, which is fairly easy and the part is only about $10 versus quotes I've received for over $150 to replace one - not from these guys but other companies). R Wiley was responsive to my scheduling, the tech showed up on time and called ahead, and the tech was very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend them.

Went well. Wasn't expecting the additional cost but overall pleased.

The owner of the business serviced the unit himself and explained everything he was doing. He was very thorough in showing where the parts that needed replacing were worn. He did not push to have the new parts installed. He said the unit could continue, but could not tell how long they would last, maybe to the end of the summer maybe not. No pressure at all to replace the parts.

The service person was great. Did a good job of educating me about what he was doing and how I could help keep the system running smoothly. He went above and beyond when there are a little "surprise" inside my outside AC unit - let's just say not the best place for a critter to crawl up into to. I would definitely use them again.

Received phone call from scheduler within minutes, setting up appointment. Robby called before his arrival, was courteous and professional, checked both systems thoroughly before starting. Noticed that one of my systems didn't even have a filter! Replaced a missing screw without charging me, talked to me about the systems I had purchased (3 years old) and upon request gave me a very fair price for an annual contract on the house - and he is physically located over an hour away from my city. Quick and easy visit, would definitely recommend them again!

I received two emails welcoming me to their service before an appointment was even made. It was easy to schedule a workable appointment. The lady that made my appointment was very helpful and courteous. The service technician taped up some wires that had evidence of being chewed by possibly a squirrel or cut by a weed eater. A condenser was replaced at a reasonable cost ( amount included in cost of service). The condenser was not working at peak performance. The replacement will keep the air conditioner working during the hot summer days ahead. I was not pressured to buy the new condenser. The service tech explained to me the benefit of replacement. He had the replacement with him. There was no need for me to have to schedule another appointment; the job was completed on one visit. Since I had recently changed the filter, the tech did not change it but left a new one for me to use in the future.

They came out and did the work as stated within the deal. They were very responsive and were able to schedule the appointment quickly after purchasing. I did have to add Freon to the system but that was the only additional charge.

They were prompt, friendly and informative. I was told that my AC coil needed cleaning so they did that and completed their visit.

He did an excellent job and was very professional. I thought that the price for cleaning the coils was a little high, they were a hundred dollars a piece. But the price for the captor was very good and I even checked online. He knew what he was doing and I had confidence in him.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. The only thing is the guy gave me some information about a part that needed to be replaced; some kind of contact. Someone else from my warranty company came to look at it and they said it did not need to be replaced. So that turned me off a little.They were very nice, except for the part that he wanted me to replace. They came when they were supposed to. He was polite, good and fast.

I was a little taken aback by how much work they said it needed and the quoted price. I would definitely get a few more quotes and inspections before having the work done. Took them over 3 weeks to schedule, but understandable because of the Big Deal

Had inspections for three units at two different homes. The appointment was made. kept and even a follow-up when tenant had some concerns about how the unit was not cooling. I contacted them via email from out of town on a weekend and the owner responded and spoke directly with the tenant to resolve the issue.

We were not all that happy with them. They did everything and when they left; my air conditioner was not working anymore. They said that I needed a condenser and another part and they said all together it was going to cost $2,000. I went to someone else. Because I have two air conditioners, I had to pay double. I had to call them several times. I would not use them again.

He was very professional and clean. He wore booties to protect the rug and hardwood floors . He was thorough although he didn't have much to do. He finished quickly and had me sign a release. He didn't give me any reason to worry about him coming back to attack me which is not always the case. He was well dressed in a partial uniform..

Technician was very prompt and professional. He explained what he was doing and why and gave me a couple of options to consider to address the problem. My system has been working well.

I need to call them back because they said they were going to clean the coils in my air conditioner unit but I'm not really pleased with the way that was done but I have not called them back to talk to them about it. They were nice enough. They called and followed up. They left me on the list so that if somebody cancelled, they could swing by the area and they did. It seems like what I paid for maybe was a little high.

He was great. Gave me ideas on ways to improve the performance of my AC unit. Was extremely polite and professional.

Came to service the AC and said a part needed to be replaced. Not sure if it was a MUST but want to system to last so said ok. Also needed to put more freon in. cost was more than i thought it would be but the system is working good and that is important in the Atlanta heat.

The service technician was prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

It turned out great. It was fine. It was all explained really well.

How do I give them an A+++++++? They were lovely and prompt with the tuneup of my a/c unit a few weeks ago but the better story came last night. Arriving home I discovered that the 82 degrees outside my house was cooler than the 86 degrees INSIDE my house. It was 7pm so I called the office and left a message for the morning but soon decided that I would contact the emergency number where I left a message. Within a few minutes I was called back and Mr. Wiley was so kind--he had a team member there the next morning by 10 am who had diagnosed my broken thermostat and replaced it all within 30 minutes. On his way out he noticed that the handle of our door was askew and asked if he could fix that too. Who does this kind of service any more?! R Wiley Heating and Air does and they will now be my HVAC provider forever and ever and ever and ever and......

They were exceptional - a couple of issues arose that they fixed (without charging me) and they explained every thing that they did and showed me the bad pieces. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
