It turned out fine. They did the job. I am not sure actually how the coupons work. I think it was a $39 coupon that I purchased and they told me that it wasn't needed when they came there. I guess I just don't know how that part works, but they found a problem and they fixed and their service was fine. They found a significant problem with the freon, they said it was empty in my air conditioners and that is the reason so they had to fill it and so I have to pay significantly for that and they did fix the problem. I thought they were bit expensive. I probably would not use them again.

They were on time and pleasant. They did what they were supposed to and were here for about half an hour or so.

The tech came when he said he would. He checked everything in both of our AC units. He addressed a couple of issues giving us pricing and alternative solutions. We were very satified and would call on them again.

I purchased this service through a Big Deal. They were very friendly and very professional. They also gave realistic information regarding part replacement.

Great, they were fast, courteous, and professional. They were also able to go to a rental property I own later that day to fix a leak, and this was not part of the schedule visit for that day. Would definitely recommend.

Scott the technician was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He performed our AC tune up service on 6/20/13, and then came back on 6/26/13 to perform the repairs. We later had another AC issue in July, this time with our upstairs unit. It happened on a Saturday evening. I called R. Wiley early Sunday morning requesting an urgent service call. I received a call back from the owner, Mr. R. Wiley, who then came by that afternoon to perform the repairs on our upstairs unit. Mr. R. Wiley was very nice and provided us with a discount on the service he performed that day by waiving the service call fee (we paid $125 that day).

initial offer from Angies list was 39.00 for checkup. Took a while for the company to contact me, but they did send an email saying they would be in touch. Apparently, I'm guessing the Angies list offer got them real bus,but it was for a/c service, so even tho didn't come til April, was still ok as wasn't getting hot yet.. They emailed for appt on 4/5 and tech came and checked system, said it needed coolant, which I already knew, having to add it last two years. Also recommended a stop leak product for 90.00 which I told them to Add. Took about 4 lbs of coolant, and final bill was a little in excess of 400.00, plus introductory fee of 39.00 check up. I am happy with the work they did. The price was probably at the top of the range, based on coolant I have had added last two years, however that is subjective, as it may have taken more coolant this time than in past years with my local company.. Overall I am happy with the service, but will probably go back to my local company which I have used many years. .

Robbie showed up to my house well within the 2 hour time frame I was quotes. He was pleasant and took the time to diagnose the issues I was having with both units. Once he determined the problem, he promptly repaired the unit and was very professional. I would use him again.

It went very well. The technician was very proffessional. He showed me what parts were worn out and needed to be replaced. He also told me the cost before he repaired the unit.

$89.00 vs 310.00 you tell me

They came out to do my tune up, found a leak, and fixed and replaced freon that was lost. Upon that they recommended a new indoor unit for a very high cost. I have since gotten other estimates from other companies for the replacement.

Services weren't performed as my calls were never returned. I will ask for a refund and take my business elsewhere.

Technican arrive on time as promise, service and change the filter to the unit, was very courteous and professional..

Work was performed by an apprentice under supervision of owner. Apprentice made a mistake but it was quickly caught and corrected. Very thorough and professional. I would use them again.

I feel like he took advantage of the situation to get the sale. I knew there were cheaper options. When he said it was a third of the cost I thought it would be $3000, but then added another $400 and said he could not do it cheaper then that. He was on time. He knew I was in a rock and a hard place.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was absolutely awful. I would not recommend them to family members or friends. It was like 100 degrees outside so I was very disappointed. He might not be available to fix it all the way but he could have gotten it up and running. So that told me he pretty much didn't care. He arrived a little late. It was just a terrible experience.

They cleaned and checked the HVAC systems. While they were here, they also found that 2 capacitors and a contactor on the A/C compressors that were in need of replacement, which is a pretty common thing to have HVAC companies tell you need to have repaired. The prices they quoted me for the capacitors were actually less than I had been quoted for capacitors from other HVAC companies, and since they were on the compressors, I had them do it. (I could actually replace the capacitors on the blowers myself, which is fairly easy and the part is only about $10 versus quotes I've received for over $150 to replace one - not from these guys but other companies). R Wiley was responsive to my scheduling, the tech showed up on time and called ahead, and the tech was very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend them.
