Filters used were cheap and ineffective. They found a problem they recommended for immediate repair but our Home Warranty tech said it wasn't needed and quoted a much less expensive repair cost. They missed a repair the HW tech said was needed. Forgot to turn the outside breaker back on.

The rep showed up on time and performed the ac tune-up and the diagnostic check.

The initial email response was immediate. The receptionist was gracious and helpful. Mr. Wiley was professional and even took care to cover his shoes with socks before walking in the house. He was personable and peaceful, working while talking. Mr. Wiley showed me all that he was doing to check out my systems and explained why some things were not functioning to their capacity. My purpose in having my systems checked out was for prevention purposes. At no time did I feel pressure to purchase any work beyond the original checkup. I look forward to not having any concerns about my heating or air conditioning systems breaking down. I would highly recommend RWiley Heating and Air, Inc. and will use them again if needed.

Incredibly personable. Went above and beyond the purchased service. He returned later in the week to put in a clamp that would hold my filter in place. Can you believe it!? There was nothing on the coupon that would require him to do such a nice thing. If I were some hot looking woman I could understand. But I am 59 years old and nothing to look at. If all business people worked like this they would be finding customers for life.

It went pretty well. The big deal was for $39. I had two $39 coupons because we have two systems. We decided there were some things that needed to be done, so we got those done as well. He was a very nice guy. I had to trust his judgment in terms of the further work that was needed. The quality of the work was good.

They serviced my ac units and it ended up costing me an extra $475. To their defense they say they found a leak in my new ac unit.

The provider called to say what time the would arrive and he arrived within 15 minutes of the time he given. Serviceman was courteous and used shoe covers to walk in the house. He was informative. I purchased a year's maintenance agreement.

They were so friendly on the phone. The called me to set up the appointment which I thought was great. I explained to them that I was in the middle on adding a return to my ac and I needed them to come over afterwards to adjust the Freon levels and make sure I was getting the right amount of airflow through the system. They have been so great about giving me the time I need to get the work done. They were really willing to work with me on my timeline.

Excellent Service. Robby did a very thorough job, and found some issues, and gave me several options for repair. He was true to his quoted price even after he discovered some items were more than expected, his price to me did not change. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me my options, as well as which items I could or shouldn't wait on. In addition, because I wanted to do all the work at once, I had to wait till I had the money, so his quote held until I could begin the work (about 3 weeks). In addition, he gave me several tips to prolong the life and health of my systems. He was flexible, helpful, thorough and very professional. I would highly recommend R Wiley! I will also call him for all my next service calls!

Excellent team. From the initial call to let me know they had my information, to scheduling the service call, and obtaining model information on my units to ensure the tech had the correct replacement filters on his truck- they were top notch. Appointment was set for just a week after the first contact ( my schedule was the hold up). Technician was on time and prepared to work. And since the ground was damp outside I appreciated the fact that he brought booties to wear whenever he came into the house to replace filters. When we were reviewing the diagnostic results I did inquire if there was anything that I should or could be doing to take better care of my units, the tech walked through a couple of suggestions , one of which was to consider purchasing a annual maintenance program with them. There was no hard sell, only an offer of recommendations and I was left with the information to make my own decision. Great team and great service. I will definitely use them again.

The service man arrived on schedule and performed the task contracted for. He was courteous and, answered all my questions and provided feedback on the condition of the unit.

Mr. Wiley came to my home on time, polite, and professional. He tuned up my air conditioners and changed the filters. He also told me that I needed to change out a part on both of my air conditioners in the somewhat near future. He said that there was no rush and there was no pressure to do it at the time. He was extremely nice and answered all of my questions.
