Super knowledgeable and keeps you informed on what is not functioning and what needs to be done to fix it. Thoroughly inspected both of my units and performed needed maintenance on them. This is the best experience I have had with any HVAC service since moving to West Georgia 18 years ago. I can highly recommend him for his honesty, knowledge and professionalism.

In less than 20 minutes the technician / owner "MR. Riley" diagnosed the problem as being DIRTY CONTACT WIRES!! Seriously, the contact wires that turn on the pilot light were slightly corroded and would not let the systems pilot light come on. He cleaned them and there ya go! BOOM we have heat again ready for this winter!! This man has earned both my trust and business for life.

Ok Installers should have given me a sheet to fill in how I wanted it programmed No questions were asked and it was programmed I had to pull out the manual and reset Huge oversight on installers part and great opportunity to increase customer satisfaction Otherwise all went well

There were two technicians. They are excellent. That's why I use them. It was good, I mean it was alright. I knew it was going to be expensive. They were okay, they were good. I didn't have any impression of them, other than I trusted them.

It went well! He showed up on time and gave me a good diagnostic report on my HVAC system and told me about things to look out for. Of course they try to up-sell you a little on products they offer but thats normal...

Nice younger fellow. I don't know how to work on heat pumps. I thought more would be involved than hooking up a couple hoses and saying its good. Change a filter than gone. Seemed like they just use it as a way to sell a service agreement.

They were very thorough and professional and pointed out some things that I should fix to keep my units running smoothly. However, I have a home warranty and could not have them go ahead and fix those things at that time. I will use them again in the future though!
