It certainly worked out fine. I'm going to call him again. I've signed up with him to come and check my heater and air conditioner from now on. I think the man was very honest. I liked what he had to present. If I hadn't, I wouldn't have signed on with him to have him come and check again. He said I needed something replaced, I trusted him and he did it. I've already paid in advance to have him come and check my heating system. I wouldn't have paid what I paid if I hadn't trusted and believed that he did a good job.

They were excellent. They just did what they were supposed to do and did a good job.

Scheduling was a breeze. One phone call! Robbie arrived exactly on time! that's a first. He explained what he would be doing. Put on shoe covers when he entered my foyer to protect the carpet. Instructed me on how to replace the filter. I had recently replaced it, so the included replacement was not needed. But I had inserted the filter incorrectly and he explained how it should be inserted when replaced. He then proceeded outside to inspect the A/C unit . There were some wear & tear issues. Robbie took pictures and even pulled the capacitor out to show me what was needed. (it was a rainy day so I did not go outside). His customer service and teaching manner was very welcome. I will call them to complete the recommended repairs.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and, in all honesty, he did a lot of good stuff, but it did not really fix the problem. He was really nice and good, but did not fix the problem, like two earlier companies that had come out. He came out pretty quick, kept the appointment on time and did a thorough job. Maybe I have some thing that just needs to break before it can be fixed. Everybody missed the problem.

Technician was great! Showed up on time and gave good advice. Cleaned all the muck off my system and gave me great points on keeping it up. Will definetly use again.

They contacted me shortly afterwards and scheduled but I had to reschedule and then they came back. We bought this place less than a year ago so it was the first time it was being serviced and they found that the builder had installed something incorrectly because it kept running even though when we turned it off. We have two units and we didn’t realize that until these guys came in, so we had them service another unit as well. They explained the problem, they contacted someone else for the part, and then the owner came later on in the afternoon and put in the part. I haven’t had this type of repair done before so I don’t know if price-wise, it was normal or not, so I have nothing to compare it to. The tune up for the two units and the new capacitors on both units ended up being $235. Then replacing the damper in the afternoon ended up being $350, so I wrote out two checks. After the owner left, I noticed that my upstairs unit made a whistling sound, which was kind of annoying so I called him back and told him about it and he came back, checked it over and tweaked the vents. They are working better since and it is not whistling anymore, so it was good that he came back and fixed that. The first guy was really grumpy but that was maybe because it was early in the morning, he wasn’t impolite or anything but I felt like he didn’t want be there so early. The owner was super friendly, professional and really responsive.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. I would not recommend them. I was wondering how to tell customers not to belive what they say. They came out, they told me that they would put a liquid in my system to repair a leak. They said there was a freon leak. They said they were having a 95% success rate with it. I later found out, that there was not guarantee on that, and even if it does, it only lasts for a couple of years, and then they would have to come back and repair it. Before I knew that, the gentleman had come and told me that if they put the liquid in there to repair the freon leak, then they would give me 50% off. Then he claimed that he didn't knwo how much freon there was in my unit, and I had seen him connect his equipment to see how much there was. They cannot be trusted. They are willing to give you quick fixes which are not guaranteed, and if you get the problem again, you will be forced to call them again. I refused to pay him anything extra after he gave me that information because I didn't believe him. They are really nice, they make you think they are so trustworthy, nice and attentive.

Went very well. Mr Wiley had both replacement parts in his van and was able to do all the maintenance and repairs in @ an hour.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. I had bought it for my tenant and he said they were great, they were easy to schedule, and it was good.

The technician was very professional and informative regarding present and future service. The work was performed in a timely manner.

Wiley's services are great if you want to take the green route of cleaning things. Just know that you may still have an issue with your insurance provider covering a repair b/c they may not agree with the "green" approach to cleaning an item and can deny coverage if they allege you have not properly maintained something. I was able to win my argument but just know I had to fight it in order to receive the covered repair.

We were very happy with it. R. Wiley himself came and he was very professional and friendly. I asked him questions related to what he was doing and he was very patient in explaining to me what was going on and he allowed me to stand and watch while he worked. There was something wrong with one of my air conditioner unit so he had to replace one of the parts and that was what he had to pay for and I also had him clean the coil in addition. I think the pricing was reasonable.

When the service man came to my home he explained that everything was fine with the A/C unit. He then went into a sales pitch to try and get me to purchase a new heating system. I did not want to at that time. 5 months later the A/C unit stopped working. So I contacted my home warranty company and they came out to inspect it and said that it was not working because of a low amount of Free-on. I called back R Wiley asking why they did not explain that my Free-On was low. They gave me the run around and would not help me nor would they refund my money.

They were punctual and professional. I spent more than I planned, but I wanted the unit working right. They offered me a rebate of half the repair cost if I replaced the unit with a specified time. It's working fine now, so I think I'm good!

The service was okay. I probably would not use them again; although, the deal itself was not a bad one. It was only because I had services before where the guy would spend a pretty good amount of time every day and inspecting everything. I don't feel he spent really quite a bit enough time and tried to sell me on something on the outside unit that I was pretty sure that wasn't necessary. He made it sound like it was. The reason I say that because I just had the outside part inspected. I didn't feel quite comfortable about that and I didn't feel that the inspection & the cleaning was as thorough as it probably could have been, just based on the past experience. The deal was reasonable. It didn't turn out to be a good deal as it should be. The price was excellent. He didn't seem to be very thorough for what he did. I called several times to make an appointment for them to come out and it took them a week or two before they got back to me. It wasn't the bad experience, but wasn't good as I expected.

Process took less than 30 minutes. I also was told that I needed a capacitor. It seems funny to me that many of the Big Deal recipients needed a capacitor for an additional $125. I asked if it was necessary to replace it...that it had been working fine and was less than 3 years old. He said that it was working now....... but it could last 1 day or 20 years....that there was no way to tell. I am sorry that I bit the scare tactic.

They did a very good job. They were punctual and came when they said they would.
