Tune up or evaluation was free. Very old furnace was recommended to be replaced as first attempt to fix failed. Did not charge for 1st attempt and was not going to charge if I declined new furnace purchase. I thought it over for a day and realized it needed to be done. Very honest owner and I emailed my cousin if I could not trust this guy, then I was giving up trusting anyone. He came through as expected and new furnace heats home better at much lower temperature setting, further proof the job needed to be done. Cost of new furnace was $2100.00. Very pleased with the company, owner and his workers.

The service went very well. The Big Deal mentioned that we were supposed to get a free filter replacement as part of that, but the kind of filter that my unit has a rather large one that was not included, but they told me that over the phone when I called to make the appointment.

Everything went really well. He was very efficient. He did what he was supposed to do and I was very happy with the service.

I was so pleased with the service I received from R Wiley Heating and Air that I signed up for a yearly maintenance service contract and discussed having them replace my 30 year old furnace within the year. This was my first Angie's List recommended service provider but definitely not my last.

I was pleased that he had the parts with him and was able to complete the work needed in the one visit.

Checked and test 2 Heat Pumps. Replaced 1 filter with a less quality one. Had a difficult time replacing the washable filter. I finally replaced the filter. He replaced 2 parts in each of my heat pumps. Since my heat pumps were working OK, I'm not sure I needed all the parts at this time. Plus they were costly. I was not prepared to pay additional $400.00 for the service. He allowed me to pay 1/2 and the rest at later date by mail. He answered all my questions I asked about my heat pumps. He also recommend a yearly maintenance agreement.

First of all, I called for an appointment on Monday and the soonest they could come out was Thursday and I was going to have to take off from work. The last few days had been freezing and more of the same was forecast. When I got home from work the next day, I had a message from Mrs. Wiley who said someone could come out then because he was in my area. They were worried about me being cold. Leonard arrived with his helper at about 7p and had me turn on the thermostate. To my amazement, it didn't make any sound, it just came on like normal. Then they went down under the house where the furnace is and started running tests while I waited up in the house getting warm. Leonard returned to tell me that all was well and that the furnace was just fine but it was 25 years old. He didn't charge me extra for out of hours and didn't try to sell me anything. I was so impressed because he could have told me anything and I would have gone along with it. They are an honest company. I will not have anyone else but them work on my furnace and A/C and if I should need a new one, I'm calling them. Thanks so much!

Mr. Wiley performed a furnace tuneup and as he has done in the past provided very professional service. Great company to do business with!

Robby Wiley did an excellent job of servicing the furnace, cleaning the lines and replacing a bad condenser. He communicated what he was going to do and what needed to be done to maintain and good working furnace for the house. Based on his interpersonal skills, we contracted with Wiley for a bi-annual system servicing contract.

I was very happy with their service. They were very competent, thoughtful, and checked everything carefully.

On time, pleasant,knew what he was doing and answered all my questions.

Service my air condition unit and changed my filters. I will use their services again and plan to purchase a service agreement. I spoke with someone who works for Angie's list who called me in response to my email/call. I made a complaint in writing about this and I am concerned that you continue to send email asking for me to rate a company that had my family waiting for them for several hours on a Saturday to provide a service that they never showed up to do.

He spent the time to go over things with me and did an excellent job for things that needed to be done. He did not do things that were not necessary to the system. He was very busy so he was not able to come out for a couple of months. He was very responsive to my calls and came when he said he would to the appointment. I really trust him and I will definitely use him in the future.

Very excellent service. Performed the checkup and advised me on the services needed. I will definitely call on Wiley in the future.

It went pretty good. They charged me another $125 for some parts. They showed up on time and were friendly. I don’t have any problems with them. They came out the same day.

The owner completed the service and went well above and beyond what I expected for $39.00. He took his time and explained what he was doing throughout the entire process. He provided sage advice regarding my systems and even lit the pilot on my hot water heater. A rare and refreshing experience!! I am following up with him now to purchase a service contract for my units.

Robby did a great job. When he arrived my basement ac and furnace weren't hooked up. He got them up and running for heat and air, vacuumed around the base of the furnace and replaced the filter. He replaced a capacitor for the upstairs ac unit and had the unit working good by the time he left. Thank you R. Wiley.

Mr Wiley was on time and very nice. I agreed on the price to replace this part. He later called to say that he was not sure he put the cover on the heater and asked to come back and check. Overall a good experience.
