My furnace stopped working on Saturday evening Jan 25 and there was no one answering their phone to come out and take a look at my unit to see what was wrong. A good friend recommended I call Robby Wiley owner of the R Wiley Heating and Air and he answered the phone. I told him my situation and explained that I was worried about my pipes freezing with the coming winter storm. Robby was able to get someone out there that evening and it didn't even cost me anything more than a standard trip fee. They diagnosed my problem and needed to order a part but all the manufacturers were closed until Monday. He tracked down the part, made to my house Monday evening and repaired my furnace before the Snow hit Atlanta on Tuesday! He was a life saver and very easy to work with. He could have easily charged me more for the emergency services but he didn't. I will definitely use Robby in the future!!

Very professional and thorough. He found a faulty part and demonstrated how and why the part was faulty. I feel confident that I was given the right advice and service. I am planning on purchasing his yearly service plan because of the great service.

Leonard called prior to arriving and arrived well within the time frame provided when I made the appointment. He got to work immediately, explained what he had done and what needed to be repaired. He was completely professional and personable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Mr. Wiley came the day I called over the Christmas holidays

It didn't take long to do - no more than 30 minutes. I called them, we set up a time, and there was no problems getting scheduled. He didn't have the size of filter needed for my unit. He used whatever he had and made it fit.

Everything went well. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did a great job. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were doing and to write down any issues that they uncovered.

It was very pleasant to work with him. He is very competent, everything work out very well and he handled himself in great manner. The repair came out to be a lot more expensive than I expected so I hope that he was being honest, as he seemed to be, and did not over charge me. He seemed to have the knowledge to do the work correctly. I had first purchased the deal for a service call, so to be fair I knew there would be a repair and extra charge on top of the initial price. He did also explain the cost of what he put into it.

The technician from R Wiley Heating & Air that did my job was very nice and very knowledgeable. He was conscientious of my home, in general. He took off his shoes to walk in my house. It was nice.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. They were great. They were very proactive and open. I would highly recommend them. I have an annual contract with them where they come out.

It was fine. It went okay. There were no additional charges for the service but I paid for the two systems that they checked. They did not find anything wrong. I have not used them before. I am sort of neutral because I do not know them well enough. They did their job. They came in, left and that was it. There was not much to it. I did not have any issues with my heater and furnace before nor after the service. It was more of a preventive service just like doing an oil change. It was a routine maintenance. I would possibly use them again in the future. I have had better pricing from another company when they were on their specials but I just saw this one so I got them. The other company has a group of contractors that they use and then you can get it credited from your utility company too so that makes it pretty attractive.

It was excellent and I would call them again. He was very honest. The scheduling was good and we knew when they were coming. They also called before they came and I was very pleased. The owner was excellent.

It worked out fine. I like them just fine, it was a simple operation. They did what they said they will do. They were on time and I was pleased. There is nothing to dislike about it. The only way you will know if it has gone bad is if it is not working. The maintenance is to make sure that nothing goes wrong but you wouldn't know how well it went. I don't have to call them back. They were polite and very likable.

I was very pleased. The technician was prompt and thorough. I purchased the service for $39 with the Angie's List coupon. My purpose in having the unit checked was to verify a previous diagnosis from my regular service provider. He had said I needed a repair part that would cost over $400 to install (the part itself was under warranty). I wanted a second opinion before spending that much money on a 2 year old furnace. The technician with R Wiley Heating and Air assured me, to the best of his knowledge, that my regular provider had given a correct diagnosis. He could have tried to take my business, but didn't. I appreciate honesty and integrity. If I ever do change providers, I will go to R Wiley.
